George Massoud of NJ Pest Defense did an EXCELLENT JOB. He was very informative, punctual, and knowledgeable in his field. From the phone call to the actual appointment he gets an A PLUS!! He explained in detail what he saw,.. looked in all areas inside and outside my home and suggested exactly what I needed. He explained everything he was doing to rid my home of the animals and also explained the bait traps and items bait used assured me they were SAFE and EFFECTIVE. George was VERY honest in his price as well. In this day and age it is hard to find an HONEST, FAIR, dependable and knowledgeable person in this field. I will DEFINATELY use NJ Pest Defense and highly recommend them as well.

George was super. He did a great job of getting rid of my bed bugs in my house. He explained everything very through and gave us tips on preventing them also.. The price was very reasonable compare to others. He is a very honest business person.

They came out to address a recurring mouse issue and in addition to providing the expert solutions, the gentleman provided common sense suggestions which we greatly appreciated and were able to implement.

George came and analyzed the situation, pointed out probable access points and put down traps. He came back a few days later with additional traps at no extra expense. He was very professional and friendly. Although we are still within the period of time that it takes to fully resolve the problem, I would have no hesitancy in contacting him again for any future problems.

Was very thorough and explained exactly what needed to be done to remove mice from property as well as preventative measures. Insisted on going in the basement and he was right because the mice were getting in from some holes I didn't realize gave access to the mice. The only reason I didn't rate the price an "A" is because I was hoping to pay under $200.00. However I was not disappointed in the service and he did deserve to be paid the full price quoted at the time of service.

Veteran Pest was 80% less expensive than the next quote and they were 100% more responsive and professional! Work is fantastic!

The employee was incredibly nice, but the cost is way to high for the actual service performed. Poison was placed in my crawl space and home and nothing else was done. Nothing was sealed, so I raised where I think they are coming in and was told how to seal it myself. I could have placed poison around myself for a fraction of the cost.

George is very professional. He responded quickly and got it all resolved. I wish we don't need the service again but would highly recommend the company.

Supreme! I am so very pleased with Nj pest defense and their superb service. The entire team of staff are very kind and helpful. I had an infestation of bed bugs after vacationing this summer we stayed at multiple places and visit many attractions so I am not sure where we may have contracted the bugs. It really didn't matter after finding this company they helped us get rid of it at a really affordable/ reasonable price. They really went to work in our home we have 4 bedrooms a living room and dining room and they treated every room and piece of furniture. They left of us with a peace of mind we are very grateful for their service.
