Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. For instance, while shoring up our main staircase, Cesar fixed a door that never closed right, now almost a year later it still closes! The projects we hired him for were to replace loose tiles in our tub/shower and fix the faucets as well. Just yesterday they finished removing tile and carpet from our kitchen, hallway and bathroom.
