The Door Works was the first one to call me from the AL email blast. He re-arranged his personal schedule on a Saturday so he could come the same day to replace my garage door springs. Would highly recommend his company.

Neil immediately answered call and we scheduled the visit the same day. We were initially going to get several quotes, but were satisfied with his and told him to proceed with the job. He offered free estimates. He ordered the part and made the repair efficiently. Neil was very pleasant to deal with and courteous. He even replaced the light bulbs inside the garage opening control box for free. I told him that I would use him in the future in the event we have issues with the second garage door. We felt the price was fair and he also offered discount on Angie's List. Very pleased and highly recommend his services.

Went very well. Neil responded right away to my quote request. I compared him to other quotes and he was the best priced. He was very easy to talk to over the phone and did not push me into anything. Door was fixed quickly and at the agreed upon price.

Neal arrived on time. Check for location of noise. Lubricated all necessary areas and replaced a pulley.

Neal was quick to respond to my call - the spring to my garage door snapped and he replaced it and lubricated all of the door's moving parts. He noted that the door's bottom strut was bent and he replaced it at no charge. Would I hire Door Works again --- absolutely!!

I called them last night because the keypad to my garage was broken and we were leaving out of town tomorrow, so he came out this morning at 8:30a. I?ve never used him before, but I will highly recommend and use him, again. He was great!

It went really well. They were very punctual. They installed the opener, were very tidy, and showed me how to use it. Said if there were any issues, they would be right back over. It was a very nice experience.

It went very well! Neal taught me how to reset my keypad and how to program the wifi connection to my phone. He did such a great job that I have planned for him to come back and replace my existing garage door.

They were neat. I think they new what they were doing and they noticed I needed a service and did it for free. That was a plus.
