He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. Constantly receive compliments on the impressive finished product of our newly renovated apartment that is ready to move in."

John was friendly and efficient -- taking care of business in short order. Replacing the light fixtures by our front door was a little tricky re: the cedar siding, but he effortlessly adapted the installation to the situation. Perfect! The old wooden post mailbox was rotted and barely standing...he took it all away, dug a deep new hole and installed the steel post, using quick setting concrete, and fitted the new mailbox. He even scalped some sod to leave on top... When John was finished, you would have thought the mailbox had always been there. I plan on calling on Mr. Handyman, and John, in the future."
