Peter came to my house to do a full home inspection and a radon test of my three family home.  He actually arrived a few minutes before I did.  I gave him some background on the property and outlined for me what areas are included in the inspection and then he got to work.  The inspection took around three hours.  Peter took a lot of photos which was great.  I have a flat roof and this is a pretty high building and I refuse to go up there.  So his photos really came in handy for me.  And I also have an attic area that I could not walk into, so having the pictures are very helpful in this instance as well. 

He is also very knowledgeable and informed on every area that he covered and he does not mind being interrupted with questions.  He gave me a lot of great suggestions and really helped me to understand clearly and simply what areas I should pay close attention to and address.  He takes his time and always wants to know if you have questions about anything.  I highly recommend Peter.

"David inspected a potential home I was looking to purchase and he was so thorough that by the time we were done it gave me a very clear understanding of what issues the house had, what needed fixing and what was downright dangerous. When buying a home, you need a great inspector like David because if you don't get a good inspection you run the risk of buying a big money pit. I bought a home once before but that was a joke compared to the great inspection David did. The home David inspected was a small 1200 sq. home but it was built in 1935 and so he did mention we should expect to see some things pop up. However, he went above and beyond and I am so grateful for his hard work that I will recommend him to others in the future as well and will call on him again for inspections. "A two-man team worked very efficiently to remove each vent cover and vacuum inside the vent openings throughout the townhouse. One man removed the vent covers while the other man vacuumed inside the vent openings. No problems with how they worked but I think there are other companies who perform a more thorough cleaning of ductwork using other methods. This company did a superficial cleaning and worked very quickly. In and out within an hour.
