"Our inspector, Joe Donnelly, was recommended by our realtor. He was very nice and did catch a lot of smaller things on our home inspection. However, he majorly screwed up on the electrical part of the inspection: he noted that there were a few double tapped breakers that we should get fixed, but somehow did not notice that none of the breakers were GFCI or arc-fault protected. He also missed the lack of sticker on the box, which meant the electrical work in the house had never been inspected (or at least never passed). When we called an electrician in to fix the double tapped breaker issue, he immediately pointed out the non- arc fault, non-GFCI, no inspection situation and was shocked the home inspector didn't notice either issue. We now have gotten estimates of several thousand dollars to fix the electrical issues, expenses we were not planning on. If Joe had found these issues, we likely would not have gone through with buying this house."

The owner (Steven) sat down in my kitchen for a long and thought out conversation and ended up doing a wonderful job for way less than the competition. Most recently my transfer switch was blown out by a power surge during a brown out. Steven and one of his electricians came out on their off time to make sure his customer was taken care of. They do great work, for great prices, and have even better customer service."

"Recently had their repair person out to fix our house humidifier. They replaced the old selenoid but still didn’t work. He said we can either replace the selenoid and humidistat or get a whole new unit. The cost around $800. They emailed us estimates for both options. Since the new unit only costs about $100 it seemed strange they were charging so much. We ordered a new selenoid ($17) and humidistat($120) on our own. We replaced the selenoid and the unit worked perfectly. Had to return the humidistat as it was not needed. If we had taken their advice, we have spent $800 when all it really cost was $17. Extremely upset with their service and feeling ripped off."
