"[Member Name Removed] - I am sorry that you feel the way you do. I spoke to our Service Manager and the Technician. It seems that we followed all of our internal protocols by diagnosing the issue and quoting options for resolving them. We identified the solenoid and the humidistat as being faulty and quoted you on replacing them. In addition, our standard practice is to also quote customers on a replacement (which we did) if the equipment is of a certain age. This gives clients a complete range of options. I am sorry that you do not like our prices and I am happy that you were able to fix your own humidifier. I'd be happy to have a call with you at your convenience. Have a nice Holiday season.
