Eddie is my general contractor for several rentals and my home. He put a beautiful kitchen in a shore rental, does every aspect of the construction bringing in great plumbers and electricians, too. Eddie aligns his work and subcontractors so it goes fast. He brings in locally constructed kitchen cabinets that are beautiful. Eddie is just finishing a home office addition and master closet for me, and it turned out perfect. Finish carpentry by Carlos is amongst the best I have seen. Art started my kitchen reno back in December 2021–of course we were still going through Covid related issues…we finished in April 2022 but I’m glad things weren’t rushed. It allowed us time to really look at things—and each little detail I bought to the team’s attention were addressed—down to the way the molding was cut or the way the cabinet doors closed were fixed. Our project went from a kitchen reno to an almost complete first floor reno including the stairs going to the second floor! Art was definitely on top of all our subcontractors, which was super helpful in getting things done and done to my standards. Art may be a little more expensive than other subcontractors but you get what you pay for, and you will get almost perfection from this team!
