I just purchased a home and we notice the horrible smell along the floor back wall that came and went GRRRR. Come to fine out, it was cat urine... I hate cats . Mike and his guy took care of the issues with know hidden cost . he did everything he could to resolve the issue. I would hire him again. Honesty goes along way.

Left grout on tile floor. Looks awful. Mike originally told me to sponge it, then came by twice to clean up. No success. It looks so bad, Mike says its normal, it's not just a haze, grout completely covers areas. Rest of work is ok. It appears he sent the B team for my job. I asked him if he was satisfied with his team's work. He could even give me a yes or no answer. Just talked in circles. I paid in full before inspecting, my bad. I deserve what I got.

"Supreme Flooring did its best to get rid of the haze on the floor. The homeowner, as stated, was satisfied with "the rest of the job" just claims that there was grout on the floor and it looked horrible. Supreme's flooring's fault was not explaining to the customer beforehand that whenever a tile job is performed no matter how many times you wipe, there will always be some haze left over which goes away over after few uses. The homeowner did not understand this concept after I tried explaining it many times in multiple different ways. In addition, the home was vacant so the shower was not being used therefore haze did not get better over time. In close I say to all my current & future customers, whenever a tile job is performed, we will clean it with sponge & mop many times. However, there will always be a little haze left after completion that goes away over time after a few uses."

Mike came out to take a look at the area for my backsplash and gave me a quote right away and recommended what i needed to buy in terms of tile, grout, etc. The project took two days and came out amazing, i love it. I picked a herringbone pattern which was definitely intricate and time consuming, but him and his guys were really meticulous about which tile went where. They cleaned up and even hoses down my garage where they had the wet saw. I would definitely recommend!!

They installed our kitchen backsplash. The guys took their time, reviewed everything with us before they started, and they finished product looks great. Nice clean cuts, made best use of the tiles to minimize waste and nice straight lines. Would recommend.

We hired the Supreme Flooring team for our beach house project in Manasquan. Michael and his crew installed tile and backsplash in our kitchen as well as remodeled 2 1/2 baths from top to bottom. Since we were back and forth on choosing materials Michael brought over samples and provided us with great tile options from his distributors. We are extremely satisfied with the craftsmanship, tidiness, and quality of our remodeling project. Highly recommend and will definitely be hiring Supreme Flooring in the future.

Michael, the owner of the business was very considerate to me. His team started doing my floor, however, I had a lot of projects to get done for work, and he accommodated me. His employees are very industrious and skilled. They are like the Picassos of wood flooring. They are very meticulous and they take a lot of pride in their work. We are very pleased with our floor. Purchased new home, Mike and his team sanded and finished the floors over a week period so I could move in ASAP. Despite my request for hasty work it was done, and done well. Floors look great with the recommended water finish and would definitely keep in mind for future projects.

Michael is very courteous and professional. He did a test patch on our engineered floor assuring us that a refinish could be done. Supreme is coming next week to do the job! I'm sure it will be fantastic!
