We decided to redo our outdated bathroom and got a fantastic recommendation from a friend for Len’s Remodeling. We met with them and decided to hire them to do the work. We have not regretted the decision for one moment. They worked closely with us to develop a design. They have modern computer technology that helped us to visualize what the bathroom would look like. They assisted us in planning and made suggestions that improved what we originally pictured. The craftsmen were neat, efficient and well organized. They also adapted to our schedule. Supervision was excellent and our satisfaction was their number one concern.

Our master bathroom was over 20 years old and was becoming problematic. Len and his team help to design us a new master bath as well as freshen up our other bathrooms. I can now smile each morning shaving and showering.

We met Suzanne of Len's Remodeling and Contracting Services at the Home Expo at Brookdale College. We gave her our information and she scheduled an appointment with us to discuss and walk through our project. When Len and Suzanne came, they asked us in depth what we had in mind for our project and took many notes. They discussed variations of a plan to get our feedback. Careful measurements were taken. They called within a week to schedule an in-house appointment. They presented various plans which were open to discussion. A detailed estimate was provided for the work to be done. During the entire process both Suzanne and Len were helpful, polite and friendly. We would recommend them to anyone considering a home remodeling project.

We are very glad that we chose Len's Remodeling for our kitchen restoration project. An undiscovered leak from a pipe to our dishwasher caused considerable mold damage before we discovered it. By the time the problem was addressed just about the entire kitchen had to be replaced. We learned from seeing the implementation unfold how extensive the coordination of different skills is needed at various times. In 2014, Len’s Remodeling Services did the remodeling work for my kitchen and master bath, and also installed hardwood flooring for most of the first floor in my home. I was very pleased with that work, and decided to use Len’s services again for another remodeling project in the Fall of 2019. That project involved the complete renovation of two bathrooms (a guest bathroom and a powder room) and the installation of new floor tile in the foyer and laundry room. Part of Len’s offices includes a design center for floor and wall tile, cabinets, faucets and other types of fixtures. The process of my working with a member of Len’s staff (Suzanne) in the design center to make all the selections of materials for my project was well-organized and helpful. Once the project work began, there were good communications from the project manager (Charlie) to keep me posted on the work planned for the following day. Any questions or concerns I had along along the way were quickly and satisfactorily addressed. In the end, the work done was excellent; I’m very happy with the final results. I would quickly recommend Len’s Remodeling Services to anyone thinking about a home remodeling project.

Excellent! Very professional and truly cared about the job and quality of work. With excellent reviews on angies list, better business bureau and house we contacted them. Designer Chris Bogart was excellent with good ideas and listened well to how we lived in our kitchen. He was one of the main reasons we went with Lens along with reviews, quality cabinets and a stream lined one stop shopping process. A Forman or supervisor was on site most days. Group texts were helpful for communication, questions and keeping in Contact. Things will happen with any construction but they wanted to take care of it and do it right including their workers. Jon was completed within time frame and started on time. They have their own workers and subcontractors who they simply and all were hard workers. I highly recommend and would use again.

We waited a long time to remodel our home. We interviewed lots of companies before settling on Len's Remodeling & Contractor Services. We could not have been happier with our decision. My family spend a great amount of time in our kitchen and wanted a space that was refreshing but at the same time would invoke a feeling of relaxation and calm - an ideal space for gatherings with family or guests. It would involve a complete remodel of the kitchen, dining room, laundry room and powder room. Len's was able to pull all our ideas together and turn them into something amazing. They were able to bring our dream kitchen to life with their exceptional craftsmanship, sophisticated styling and hand finished detailing - bringing everything together perfectly. Their craftsmen were extremely talented, courteous and always professional. In addition, Len was on-site regularly to inspect the progress and resolve issues. No request was too big or too small. When we added on new ideas, Len was always supportive and fair with his pricing. I highly recommend Len's and plan on using their services again to start our next project on the 2nd floor (bathrooms and bedrooms). I cannot say enough about the fabulous job they did and their excellent customer service. We are extremely happy customers.

The bathroom is gorgeous. Many compliments were received on the color choices, quality, and workmanship by visitors. The tiling, shower door, plumbing, electrical work, and accessories were expertly done. The knee wall that was built really added to the beauty of it all. Thanks so much to Chris for helping us pick everything out and to Charlie who kept the project moving and finishing on time. Charlie was on top of scheduling the various contractors and was very responsive to all our needs. Thanks so much for our beautiful bathroom.

Len's staff (Charlie the supervisor and Julio the painter and sheetrock repairer) were professional, courteous, on time, neat and expert technicians. Although the price was somewhat higher than others, Len's did the job well and the quality of work was perfect. They really took their time to appropriately repair the ceiling and prep for painting. I will definitely hire them again. In fact, set up for painting my master bedroom for next month.

Len was both a gentleman and a straight shooter. He met me on time for our appointment, gave me his professional opinion of preferred as well as minimum possible improvements, and remitted a very fair estimate. The craftsmanship was solid and his subcontractors are equally excellent. We are very happy with the results. Call him!

“Estimator” was more of a greedy salesperson. No quote, no design and no desire to earn our business. The fact he stated he worked on commission only shows the low class standard. With such a high rating on Angie’s list I feel sorry for those that contracted with them.

I hired Len's to Upgrade my bathroom and they did a great job. The workers were very professional and detail oriented and management was very responsive. I would definitely recommend them.

The design team in the showroom was really knowledgeable and had great ideas. I met with a man who explained to me all the options for my project and how they could help. He was so creative and really helped me envision the space. I met with other contractors prior to this who did not give me half the time or attention. Once I get my funding in place, I will definitely be back!

Someone came out and took measurements and photographs on August 16th, and indicated they would email an estimate in the following week. Having heard nothing by the 25th, I contacted their office and inquired as to when I might receive an estimate. They indicated they would get back to me. It is now September 2nd, and no call, no estimate. Apparently they do nice work according to other reviews, but because of this unprofessional lack of response, I would not recommend them, and hired another contractor from Angie's List who's estimate was fair and returned to us within a day.

They were very professional. I find them to be professional. They tell you what it cost and the reason why it would cost. The claim they are top notch people. They gave really good materials, they make their own cabinets. Everything they'd be installing they'll have control over everything. Nothing more, they're telling me like it is. They were very responsive. They good.

Using primarily Angie's List in making decision to use Len's for a total bathroom remodel a few years ago, it was a no-brainer to use them again for our major condo job this year which included a total kitchen reno; new floors throughout; repainting unit; installing recessed lighting; and replacing a bathroom vanity & mirror. This was all done in only a month due to excellent scheduling of workers by Len's and the great communication by our contact person, salesman Chris B. As with the first job, we were impressed by the great advice given in choosing materials while being respectful of our budget. This time, their showroom made the selection process even more stress-free by offering high quality items at every price point. Chris couldn't have been more helpful throughout the process. After two months, we're still thrilled with our "new" home. Great job all around by Len, Chris, and crew!

Did not hire

Excellent. Chris was extremely helpful and was my salesperson throughout the job. He always returned my phone calls promptly to answer any questions I had. He is also very through in explaining what to expect day to day.

I am very happy with the quality of work, responsiveness, guidance provided by Len's Remodeling team. I was dealing with Matt Simone from their sales team who was super responsive to all questions I had (as a 1st homeowner I really had alot!). And also the crew who worked on this project was very professional and decent. There was some additional work required which was not foreseen but I liked the way it was handled. They didn't do any short-cuts in the work as they were always quality orientated. I will definitely recommend them.
