Hello [Member Name Removed], We apologize for just realizing now that this review was here. Could you please be so kind to let us know the name of the gentleman that you were speaking with? We ask because we do not have a record for [Member Name Removed] in our system or ever being to your home, so it's hard for me to find any information from the appointment. We also do not have any commission only employees so I am wondering if you possibly have us confused with another company. We typically meet most of our customers for the first time in their home, discuss their project needs and go over their budget to determine if we are able to help them and if so, we move forward to provide an estimate and renderings based on their budget and our discussion at the time of measure. With the amount of people we typically see in a week, we are sometimes delayed in getting information back to people as quick as they would like, but that is usually the only flaw in our estimating process. I'm not sure how it came about that you had a negative experience, but that is not how we run our business so I would like some more information at your convenience.Appliance Repair.
