We decided to redo our outdated bathroom and got a fantastic recommendation from a friend for Len’s Remodeling. We met with them and decided to hire them to do the work. We have not regretted the decision for one moment. They worked closely with us to develop a design. They have modern computer technology that helped us to visualize what the bathroom would look like. They assisted us in planning and made suggestions that improved what we originally pictured. The craftsmen were neat, efficient and well organized. They also adapted to our schedule. Supervision was excellent and our satisfaction was their number one concern.

Our master bathroom was over 20 years old and was becoming problematic. Len and his team help to design us a new master bath as well as freshen up our other bathrooms. I can now smile each morning shaving and showering.

By the time the problem was addressed just about the entire kitchen had to be replaced. In 2014, Len’s Remodeling Services did the remodeling work for my kitchen and master bath, and also installed hardwood flooring for most of the first floor in my home. I was very pleased with that work, and decided to use Len’s services again for another remodeling project in the Fall of 2019. That project involved the complete renovation of two bathrooms (a guest bathroom and a powder room) and the installation of new floor tile in the foyer and laundry room. Part of Len’s offices includes a design center for floor and wall tile, cabinets, faucets and other types of fixtures. The process of my working with a member of Len’s staff (Suzanne) in the design center to make all the selections of materials for my project was well-organized and helpful. Once the project work began, there were good communications from the project manager (Charlie) to keep me posted on the work planned for the following day. Any questions or concerns I had along along the way were quickly and satisfactorily addressed. In the end, the work done was excellent; I’m very happy with the final results. I would quickly recommend Len’s Remodeling Services to anyone thinking about a home remodeling project.

Excellent! Very professional and truly cared about the job and quality of work. With excellent reviews on angies list, better business bureau and house we contacted them. Designer Chris Bogart was excellent with good ideas and listened well to how we lived in our kitchen. He was one of the main reasons we went with Lens along with reviews, quality cabinets and a stream lined one stop shopping process. A Forman or supervisor was on site most days. Group texts were helpful for communication, questions and keeping in Contact. Things will happen with any construction but they wanted to take care of it and do it right including their workers. Jon was completed within time frame and started on time. They have their own workers and subcontractors who they simply and all were hard workers. I highly recommend and would use again.

We waited a long time to remodel our home. We interviewed lots of companies before settling on Len's Remodeling & Contractor Services. We could not have been happier with our decision. My family spend a great amount of time in our kitchen and wanted a space that was refreshing but at the same time would invoke a feeling of relaxation and calm - an ideal space for gatherings with family or guests. It would involve a complete remodel of the kitchen, dining room, laundry room and powder room. Len's was able to pull all our ideas together and turn them into something amazing. They were able to bring our dream kitchen to life with their exceptional craftsmanship, sophisticated styling and hand finished detailing - bringing everything together perfectly. Their craftsmen were extremely talented, courteous and always professional. In addition, Len was on-site regularly to inspect the progress and resolve issues. No request was too big or too small. When we added on new ideas, Len was always supportive and fair with his pricing. I highly recommend Len's and plan on using their services again to start our next project on the 2nd floor (bathrooms and bedrooms). I cannot say enough about the fabulous job they did and their excellent customer service. We are extremely happy customers.

The bathroom is gorgeous. Many compliments were received on the color choices, quality, and workmanship by visitors. The tiling, shower door, plumbing, electrical work, and accessories were expertly done. The knee wall that was built really added to the beauty of it all. Thanks so much to Chris for helping us pick everything out and to Charlie who kept the project moving and finishing on time. Charlie was on top of scheduling the various contractors and was very responsive to all our needs. Thanks so much for our beautiful bathroom.

Len's staff (Charlie the supervisor and Julio the painter and sheetrock repairer) were professional, courteous, on time, neat and expert technicians. Although the price was somewhat higher than others, Len's did the job well and the quality of work was perfect. They really took their time to appropriately repair the ceiling and prep for painting. I will definitely hire them again. In fact, set up for painting my master bedroom for next month.

Len was both a gentleman and a straight shooter. He met me on time for our appointment, gave me his professional opinion of preferred as well as minimum possible improvements, and remitted a very fair estimate. Using primarily Angie's List in making decision to use Len's for a total bathroom remodel a few years ago, it was a no-brainer to use them again for our major condo job this year which included a total kitchen reno; new floors throughout; repainting unit; installing recessed lighting; and replacing a bathroom vanity & mirror. This was all done in only a month due to excellent scheduling of workers by Len's and the great communication by our contact person, salesman Chris B. As with the first job, we were impressed by the great advice given in choosing materials while being respectful of our budget. This time, their showroom made the selection process even more stress-free by offering high quality items at every price point. Chris couldn't have been more helpful throughout the process. After two months, we're still thrilled with our "new" home. Great job all around by Len, Chris, and crew!

Excellent. Chris was extremely helpful and was my salesperson throughout the job. He always returned my phone calls promptly to answer any questions I had. He is also very through in explaining what to expect day to day.

I am very happy with the quality of work, responsiveness, guidance provided by Len's Remodeling team. I was dealing with Matt Simone from their sales team who was super responsive to all questions I had (as a 1st homeowner I really had alot!). And also the crew who worked on this project was very professional and decent. There was some additional work required which was not foreseen but I liked the way it was handled. They didn't do any short-cuts in the work as they were always quality orientated. I will definitely recommend them.

Although it took a bit longer than initially estimated, the job done was excellent and we are very happy with the result.

Len and his crew were very professional and the work performed was good, but there were some issues with some of the sub contractors used. The job started three weeks past their estimated start date due to permits not being applied for timely. The job was estimated to last about 30-45 days but ended up being double that, 90 days. Probably 90% of the work performed was subcontracted out, for the most part the subcontractors were great, especially the plumber and electrician they used. The sub contractor who did the framing and sheet rock was an issue. They took a lot longer on the job than it should have been. It took them three weeks just to sheet rock and tape, something that should have been done in a week at most. Often then subcontractor would drop off one guy and then leave and that was it. There were some communication issues but Len and his guys worked with me to iron them all out. Overall I am happy with the work performed but it could have been better.

The stall shower was removed and new wallboard, tiles shower door and plumbing were installed.

For a job as big as this it was completed in only 8 weeks. This had a lot to do with the assigned contracting team being onsite every morning like clock work. In addition there wasn't one point during the job that the house was covered in dust. The daily cleanup the crew performs before leaving the site each day is immaculate. The job site remained so clean that we left our fridge downstairs from start to completion which was a huge help when you have no kitchen and are living in the house while the work is being done. Furthermore, we made several additional requests mid construction and Len didn't look to charge us for every little thing. They were more than willing to accommodate throughout the entire process.

Excellent advice on colors, materials, and styles. Constant contact with the Sales Manager Chris Bogart made every aspect of the job easy. Anything that needed special attention was taken care of without delay. Tiling was expertly done - beautiful job. No problem with plumbing or electrical work. Even the mirror is beautiful. Really pleased with the expertise of the workers, and everything was done in a timely manner. Thanks to everyone, especially Chris, for a job very well done.

We recently completed a complete kitchen renovation project and used Len’s Remodeling for the work. The finished job is outstanding. Throughout the entire project Len’s team was thorough, professional and treated our home as if it was their own. A project of this size can be overwhelming however from our initial meeting through job completion we were impressed with the care Len’s exhibited to each phase. We worked extensively with Chris on design and selection and he leveraged his years of experience in guiding us through the process. Chris painstakingly drafted numerous designs for our consideration and reviewed each until we were comfortable with the final view. He offered invaluable suggestions and guidance in selecting the individual components; flooring, cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, hardware, lighting, etc. His ability to envision how our selections would fit together was uncanny. The project started on time and was completed within the time frame estimated. We were particularly impressed with their attention to detail and taking the extra steps to make sure things were done the right way. For example, we knew from the outset a heating and air conditioning vent needed to be moved. Initially we planned to move the vent to a toe kick register under one of the cabinets. After the existing space was cleared, one of Len’s craftsmen designed an alternate approach and location by modifying some of the ducts in the basement that yielded better air flow into the remodeled space. The original intended location could’ve been used, however Len’s saw the opportunity to make an improvement even if it meant a bit more time and work. This is but one example where Len’s emphasized quality above all else. Beyond the quality of the craftsmanship, one area that was particularly noteworthy was communication. Every question posed was answered thoroughly and accurately. Once the job started plans for each day’s work were reviewed the night before and updates provided throughout each work day. We encountered no surprises and attribute this to the upfront thoroughness of their planning and their ongoing, detailed communication throughout. We look forward to working with Len’s again on future remodeling projects.
