Also, we weren't looking for a bargain, we were looking for a dry basement, and Greg was very straightforward about all the costs. They knew what they were supposed to do when they got here, and did the whole job-- as quietly as possible-- in less than 4 hours. They were pleasant to have in the house. They left the place clean. "HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We just had a French drain installed along with a new sump pump and pit in our basement and had the floors epoxyed afterwards. The project manager, Kenny, was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning he explained everything that their team would be doing, gave me updates throughout the day. If I had a question or concern Kenny was patient with me and continued to make sure any questions/concerns were addressed, even telling me to call him if I thought of any other questions. Their crew was very respectful of the property by making sure to lay out tarps to protect the floors, and made all attempts to manage the noise since we were home. Whatever was left in the basement they made sure to cover and protect. And if something needed to be moved they moved it and moved it back. When it came time to lay down the epoxy there was a scheduling hiccup. Kenny though went out of his way to make it right by coming right after another job and staying late to make sure we're stayed on schedule since I was having out of town guests coming that weekend and needed access to the basement. Working with Select Basement, but especially Kenny, made this one of the best experiences and I highly recommend them. 10 out of 10!"

"Sam and his team were great. They kept me informed, they answered my questions on what was being done. Sam actually got the job done ahead of time. My driveway apron was to steep and I could never drive a low car up or down my driveway. Well, these guys removed the area that was needed to be removed, re-leveled it to a slant that was perfect for a low car to make it up and down my driveway. Sam is proud of his work, he loves seeing a job well done, it puts a smile on his face. Definitely would hire them again in any future work needed. "I am in Hillsborough, NJ and living in my house for 6 years. In my backyard, we have an enormous paver patio put in by a previous owner probably about 20 yrs ago. The patio is in terrible shape and we decided to have it removed. I contacted CPD Quality Construction, through Home Advisor, and scheduled demolition through Noli, who is an absolute lovely lady to talk to and very prompt on emails and returning calls.
