Home Genius gave me the opportunity to replace my old vinyl siding with brand new beautiful James Hardie siding. I didn’t do the whole house, just the main original part. so I decided on color matching to my original siding color. My experience with Home genius was spectacular. Ivan and his crew, are very kind, respectful and dedicated. My house was not a simple one. Many custom cuts to fit the detailed exterior. Love the color of our siding, we chose Hunter green. It pairs well with our beautiful brinks. Ivan greeted me with a smile and grace, even though I have OCD, and would notice every detail. I am very happy to give 5 star, but I believe they deserve more.

I like the color of the siding! I mostly like the final product. The workmanship was great, the crew even came back out to adjust a few things. I do some gripes though. First being that the sales team should DEFINITELY keep a physical color sample wheel for all of their appointments. It was difficult to choose a color when looking at them on a screen rather than seeing it in person. This created a temporary issue which was ultimately resolved but was an unnecessary delay.
Next there are certain materials besides the siding which need to be touched on a little more, for example, the aluminum strip along my chimney would've looked nicer if it matched with the siding rather than it being white. Its a huge contrast that sticks out to me. More attention to detail on certain material colors would've been nice.
All in all, the outcome is nice. There are just some things that I wish were different about my initial experience. I hope that Home Genius takes this as a learning experience so that

I knew i needed a new roof. My old roof was coming up on 25 years, so it served it's purpose. So I went searching for a reputable, reliable, professional, just overall outstanding company to help me replace my roof. I finally landed on Home Genius after a little bit of searching. They answered swiftly and set me up with an appointment with their sales rep Sadek. We spent some time together looking through samples, going over the material they would use for my new roof. Sadek covered all of his bases. He was honest and a very friendly gentleman. I was sold based on his presentation and he gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. 1 week later, we had a day set to remove my solar, complete the roof, then put my solar panels back up. The crew was spectacular. The materials and dumpster came right on time too. When everything was finished my project manager Taylor and I had agreed on a day to check it all out together. I'm totally happy with how the roof came out. I picked out the color myself thanks to Ty the salesperson who brought color samples. He made it very simple. The was 4 fellas who worked in sync, very kind, and kept the place clean. They worked very hard. Very clean cut very good service.

The gutters were installed very professionally, yard was cleaned, job was closed. I was impressed with the quality and of the presentation. Sales guy was smart and knew his stuff. I was sold, rightfully so. Everyone was very knowledgeable and polite. At no point did i feel pressured for the sale. I came to the decision on my own.
