Josh thoroughly examined the interior and exterior of the home and determined that the leak might be plumbing related. My stairs (concrete/limestone/brick) completely cracked with the most recent snowstorm and I was desperate to get it fixed. I called Wilmar and he came right away and gave me a reasonable price. I have a good gift in judging character and integrity. Wilmar was completely transparent with the price and how long it would take to do the job. He gave me the date and time and he was actually right on time and got the job done perfectly in time for me to move on to my errands for the day. My stairs came out PERFECT.
