AB1 came out and spent about 2 hours discussing different kinds of projects and recommending what we should do and breaking down different prices. I decided to go with the stone siding. It was definitely more expensive than regular vinyl, but boy was it worth it. My house looks brand new and went from looking like the worst house on the street to the best! "HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We just had a French drain installed along with a new sump pump and pit in our basement and had the floors epoxyed afterwards. The project manager, Kenny, was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning he explained everything that their team would be doing, gave me updates throughout the day. If I had a question or concern Kenny was patient with me and continued to make sure any questions/concerns were addressed, even telling me to call him if I thought of any other questions. Their crew was very respectful of the property by making sure to lay out tarps to protect the floors, and made all attempts to manage the noise since we were home. Whatever was left in the basement they made sure to cover and protect. And if something needed to be moved they moved it and moved it back. When it came time to lay down the epoxy there was a scheduling hiccup. Kenny though went out of his way to make it right by coming right after another job and staying late to make sure we're stayed on schedule since I was having out of town guests coming that weekend and needed access to the basement. Working with Select Basement, but especially Kenny, made this one of the best experiences and I highly recommend them. 10 out of 10!"

"To prevent in-house water leaks, out stucco chimney had to be replaced, not simply repaired. The insurance adjuster stressed the need to find someone skilled enough to replace every layer properly. Sam, at Progressive Renovation, was the only contractor we interviewed to tell us exactly what the adjuster advised, and his cost estimate was identical to the adjusters. The crew worked on our site constantly (except during rain) and not only restored the chimney, but did so with better materials and workmanship than we had before. Everyone was friendly, highly competent, and a joy to be with."

"Luis and his crew arrived promptly at the prearranged time. He introduced himself and we went over what they were there to do. They proceeded to bring in their equipment and went right to work. When the Sump pump and dehumidifier installation was completed they went over how it worked, advised how to register the respective warranties and started the new equipment. They thoroughly cleaned up the basement where they were working. Luis also went over the outside discharge line for the sump pump. I then exited the house while Luis sprayed for the mold conditions in the basement. I was very satisfied with the professionalism of Luis and his crew and will definitely recommend Quality 1st basements to anyone who are looking for this type of service."

"I rarely write reviews but how can you not when they did an outstanding job for the most reasonable price I could find. My stairs (concrete/limestone/brick) completely cracked with the most recent snowstorm and I was desperate to get it fixed. I called Wilmar and he came right away and gave me a reasonable price. I have a good gift in judging character and integrity. Wilmar was completely transparent with the price and how long it would take to do the job. He gave me the date and time and he was actually right on time and got the job done perfectly in time for me to move on to my errands for the day. My stairs came out PERFECT. I love efficiency and Wilmar also let me know of other things I should consider fixing in the future. I’ve got a lot of work to do on my house and I found my go to guy. Look no further- these guys are great."
