So this is just the experience we had before and during the job. We reached out to Quality based on the Angie's List reviews, and were convinced by the visit from Greg. He was so knowledgeable about the water problems, and pointed out the years of experience the company has. Also, we weren't looking for a bargain, we were looking for a dry basement, and Greg was very straightforward about all the costs. Now we haven't had a rainstorm yet, so we still don't know the most important thing about the job! But Victor and his crew were fantastic. They knew what they were supposed to do when they got here, and did the whole job-- as quietly as possible-- in less than 4 hours. They were pleasant to have in the house. They left the place clean. "For the price you pay, the quality of work is excellent. Very accommodating in terms of timing on when the installation could be done. When reviewing billing and pricing, all iâ s weâ re dotted and all Tâ s were crossed. Time will tell how well the quality of job holds up, but I already noticed my house being IMMENSELY quieter prior to the new roof installation, which should speak to some level on the quality of work and materials used. All work was done in a single day, which was also fantastic, and then all work was reviewed by the owner himself, which was a very nice touch."

My stairs (concrete/limestone/brick) completely cracked with the most recent snowstorm and I was desperate to get it fixed. I called Wilmar and he came right away and gave me a reasonable price. He gave me the date and time and he was actually right on time and got the job done perfectly in time for me to move on to my errands for the day. My stairs came out PERFECT. They were able to complete my entire basement project: installing a french drain, sump pump, and rough casting on the walls in just one day. They brought in a large team to ensure the project was done correctly and efficiently. They also made sure to use drop cloths and plastic around the house to keep dust off of my furniture. "I hired Angelo for several projects. Gutter repair, roof repair, stairway repair, wall repair, gate installation and, the largest, stucco repair. Angelo is professional, responsive, reliable, honest, and takes pride in his work. I was also impressed because three of the projects: the gutter, the roof, and the stucco repair were difficult and dangerous jobs.
