"This is a review of the *experience* we had with Quality. We had the basement waterproofed, so we won't really know how good the job is until a big rainstorm! So this is just the experience we had before and during the job. We reached out to Quality based on the Angie's List reviews, and were convinced by the visit from Greg. He was so knowledgeable about the water problems, and pointed out the years of experience the company has. Also, we weren't looking for a bargain, we were looking for a dry basement, and Greg was very straightforward about all the costs. Now we haven't had a rainstorm yet, so we still don't know the most important thing about the job! But Victor and his crew were fantastic. They knew what they were supposed to do when they got here, and did the whole job-- as quietly as possible-- in less than 4 hours. They were pleasant to have in the house. They left the place clean. "HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We just had a French drain installed along with a new sump pump and pit in our basement and had the floors epoxyed afterwards. The project manager, Kenny, was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning he explained everything that their team would be doing, gave me updates throughout the day. If I had a question or concern Kenny was patient with me and continued to make sure any questions/concerns were addressed, even telling me to call him if I thought of any other questions. Their crew was very respectful of the property by making sure to lay out tarps to protect the floors, and made all attempts to manage the noise since we were home. Whatever was left in the basement they made sure to cover and protect. And if something needed to be moved they moved it and moved it back. When it came time to lay down the epoxy there was a scheduling hiccup. Kenny though went out of his way to make it right by coming right after another job and staying late to make sure we're stayed on schedule since I was having out of town guests coming that weekend and needed access to the basement. Working with Select Basement, but especially Kenny, made this one of the best experiences and I highly recommend them. 10 out of 10!"

"Josh, the representative from Basement Gurus was outstanding! We had experienced a water issue in our finished basement. Josh thoroughly examined the interior and exterior of the home and determined that the leak might be plumbing related. Josh could have very easily exploited our ignorance and suggested a solution purely beneficial to his company that may not have addressed the underlying cause of the problem. Instead, he demonstrated his integrity by realistically assessing the situation even if it would jeopardize the sale. This is commendable particularly in this era where cutthroat business practices are commonplace. I highly recommend Basement Gurus. "As a homeowner, I am reluctantly apprehensive because of circumstances beyond my control to do work where a contractor has to be hired. I have a delicate situation, I am a very cooperative understanding person, but life sometime gives us lemon/and uncooperative neighbors. "This is the second time I am using the company. They first did a great job on my rental property that is 150+ years old. For this review, Anthony, Carlos and his crew took care of my primary house that is roughly 80 years old. Carlos and crew showed up a bit late due to traffic, apologized profusely for the delay, which I was fine with since it was out of their control. The crew stayed late and finished the job in one day. The work was nicely done, the worksite was kept clean and the crew were very organized. I would highly recommend them."

"I hired Angelo for several projects. Gutter repair, roof repair, stairway repair, wall repair, gate installation and, the largest, stucco repair. Angelo is professional, responsive, reliable, honest, and takes pride in his work. I was also impressed because three of the projects: the gutter, the roof, and the stucco repair were difficult and dangerous jobs. Our house is highly elevated, so we have a hard time finding people brave enough to work on our house. We looked for months before we found Jersey Pro.
