"Our home renovation project with Dwell Renovations, consisting of a 350sqft. 4 season sunroom, 800sqft deck, full 1st floor bath and laundry room was conceived in the middle of the challenging COVID pandemic. Though supplies were limited and lead times longer than usual as we headed into the winter months, the project was completed within 6 weeks of the estimated completion date. Dwell s principle, Rowland, provided design ideas, choice of materials along with a phase-by-phase breakdown of the project and estimates of when certain milestones would be met. Rowland was in regular contact with us notifying us supply deliveries, status of required permits (he established a good working relationship with my town), and an almost daily check in on the progress of the project. The overall quality of the work performed by the Dwell team was top shelf. From construction to electrical, to plumbing and HVAC work, all aspects of the project were done to our satisfaction. Dwell even provided architectural services as well helping to visualize what certain design ideas would look like. Though some adjustments were needed to be made, they were few and Dwell was quick to resolve any issues, standing behind the work of their team. I m not one to provide recommendations, however in this rare instance I ll give credit were due. Dwell Renovations proved to be a quality contracting service with a competent team of tradesmen. I highly recommend Dwell Renovations would consider them for our future projects."

"We hired them to build a retaining wall to level out our sloped backyard and install a new patio. They recommended natural bluestone bordered by classic bricks, and wow?what a difference! The stonework is flawless, perfectly level, and handles heavy rain with zero drainage issues. It looks like a high-end resort back here now. Worth every penny."

"This is a review of the *experience* we had with Quality. We had the basement waterproofed, so we won't really know how good the job is until a big rainstorm! So this is just the experience we had before and during the job. We reached out to Quality based on the Angie's List reviews, and were convinced by the visit from Greg. He was so knowledgeable about the water problems, and pointed out the years of experience the company has. Also, we weren't looking for a bargain, we were looking for a dry basement, and Greg was very straightforward about all the costs. "HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We just had a French drain installed along with a new sump pump and pit in our basement and had the floors epoxyed afterwards. The project manager, Kenny, was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning he explained everything that their team would be doing, gave me updates throughout the day. If I had a question or concern Kenny was patient with me and continued to make sure any questions/concerns were addressed, even telling me to call him if I thought of any other questions. Their crew was very respectful of the property by making sure to lay out tarps to protect the floors, and made all attempts to manage the noise since we were home. Whatever was left in the basement they made sure to cover and protect. And if something needed to be moved they moved it and moved it back. When it came time to lay down the epoxy there was a scheduling hiccup. Kenny though went out of his way to make it right by coming right after another job and staying late to make sure we're stayed on schedule since I was having out of town guests coming that weekend and needed access to the basement. Working with Select Basement, but especially Kenny, made this one of the best experiences and I highly recommend them. 10 out of 10!"
