"Our home renovation project with Dwell Renovations, consisting of a 350sqft. 4 season sunroom, 800sqft deck, full 1st floor bath and laundry room was conceived in the middle of the challenging COVID pandemic. Though supplies were limited and lead times longer than usual as we headed into the winter months, the project was completed within 6 weeks of the estimated completion date. Dwell s principle, Rowland, provided design ideas, choice of materials along with a phase-by-phase breakdown of the project and estimates of when certain milestones would be met. Rowland was in regular contact with us notifying us supply deliveries, status of required permits (he established a good working relationship with my town), and an almost daily check in on the progress of the project. The overall quality of the work performed by the Dwell team was top shelf. From construction to electrical, to plumbing and HVAC work, all aspects of the project were done to our satisfaction. Dwell even provided architectural services as well helping to visualize what certain design ideas would look like. Though some adjustments were needed to be made, they were few and Dwell was quick to resolve any issues, standing behind the work of their team. I m not one to provide recommendations, however in this rare instance I ll give credit were due. Dwell Renovations proved to be a quality contracting service with a competent team of tradesmen. I highly recommend Dwell Renovations would consider them for our future projects."

"Their salesperson arrived promptly and provided me with a lot of information about their process. An estimate followed promptly as well. I own a condominium unit in an aging community (the infrastructure, not necessarily the residents). As a result there is a lot of concrete work to be done. The board decided to have one slab done with this process and see if it was something we wanted to use in the future. The first time the technicians arrived they were a day late with no call. An emergency had arisen on their previous job and I was only informed when I called and was asked why I had waited until the end of the work day to call. When they did arrive the next day they worked on the slab but were not able to level it. I was told they could put the trip hazard in a less conspicuous area but couldn't eliminate it. They had to come back to seal the joints so I agreed to see what the slab looked like at that time. By the next day the slab had sunk and the trip hazard was as bad as before. I called, spoke to a project manager and expressed my dissatisfaction. When the the crew returned I was offered the same excuses for not being able to level the slab and again an attempt was made to put the trip hazard in a less conspicuous corner of the slab where proximity to a shrub made walking over the hazard less likely. After several more days the slab had again settled. I called and reminded the project manager that they guaranteed no more that 1/4" settlement and that my job had never achieved that level to begin with. A crew was sent out a third time this time with a technical supervisor. Again the slab was raised, the same excuses were offered and the trip hazard remained in the least dangerous place. After a couple of weeks the slab now seems stable if not level. Quality 1st is a victim of their own promotional materials. They promise far more than they were able to accomplish in my situation. They showed driveway slabs, factory floors etc. being leveled perfectly with their process. My job, a single slab of a sidewalk, couldn't be managed. The community will not be using this process or this company in the future."

"Anush and his team were absolutely amazing, and our porch turned out better than we expected thanks to his ideas/recommendations. The attention to detail/pride they take in their work truly stand out and far exceeded our experiences with contractors in the past. One of my favorite parts is how much I genuinely love coming home now. Josh could have very easily exploited our ignorance and suggested a solution purely beneficial to his company that may not have addressed the underlying cause of the problem. Instead, he demonstrated his integrity by realistically assessing the situation even if it would jeopardize the sale. "I rarely write reviews but how can you not when they did an outstanding job for the most reasonable price I could find. My stairs (concrete/limestone/brick) completely cracked with the most recent snowstorm and I was desperate to get it fixed. I called Wilmar and he came right away and gave me a reasonable price. I have a good gift in judging character and integrity. Wilmar was completely transparent with the price and how long it would take to do the job. He gave me the date and time and he was actually right on time and got the job done perfectly in time for me to move on to my errands for the day. My stairs came out PERFECT. I love efficiency and Wilmar also let me know of other things I should consider fixing in the future. I’ve got a lot of work to do on my house and I found my go to guy. "This is the second time I am using the company. They first did a great job on my rental property that is 150+ years old. For this review, Anthony, Carlos and his crew took care of my primary house that is roughly 80 years old. Carlos and crew showed up a bit late due to traffic, apologized profusely for the delay, which I was fine with since it was out of their control. The crew stayed late and finished the job in one day. The work was nicely done, the worksite was kept clean and the crew were very organized. I would highly recommend them."

"I am in Hillsborough, NJ and living in my house for 6 years. In my backyard, we have an enormous paver patio put in by a previous owner probably about 20 yrs ago. The patio is in terrible shape and we decided to have it removed. I contacted CPD Quality Construction, through Home Advisor, and scheduled demolition through Noli, who is an absolute lovely lady to talk to and very prompt on emails and returning calls. The work took 2 days to complete and I have to say that ALL the workers were absolutely some of the hardest working men I have ever met! Also, they were all so very nice and respectful. I will highly recommended them to ANYONE! I look forward to working with them again on another future project."
