"This is a review of the *experience* we had with Quality. We had the basement waterproofed, so we won't really know how good the job is until a big rainstorm! So this is just the experience we had before and during the job. We reached out to Quality based on the Angie's List reviews, and were convinced by the visit from Greg. He was so knowledgeable about the water problems, and pointed out the years of experience the company has. Also, we weren't looking for a bargain, we were looking for a dry basement, and Greg was very straightforward about all the costs. Now we haven't had a rainstorm yet, so we still don't know the most important thing about the job! But Victor and his crew were fantastic. They knew what they were supposed to do when they got here, and did the whole job-- as quietly as possible-- in less than 4 hours. They were pleasant to have in the house. They left the place clean. "For the price you pay, the quality of work is excellent. Very accommodating in terms of timing on when the installation could be done. When reviewing billing and pricing, all iâ s weâ re dotted and all Tâ s were crossed. Time will tell how well the quality of job holds up, but I already noticed my house being IMMENSELY quieter prior to the new roof installation, which should speak to some level on the quality of work and materials used. All work was done in a single day, which was also fantastic, and then all work was reviewed by the owner himself, which was a very nice touch."

"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We just had a French drain installed along with a new sump pump and pit in our basement and had the floors epoxyed afterwards. The project manager, Kenny, was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning he explained everything that their team would be doing, gave me updates throughout the day. If I had a question or concern Kenny was patient with me and continued to make sure any questions/concerns were addressed, even telling me to call him if I thought of any other questions. Their crew was very respectful of the property by making sure to lay out tarps to protect the floors, and made all attempts to manage the noise since we were home. Whatever was left in the basement they made sure to cover and protect. And if something needed to be moved they moved it and moved it back. When it came time to lay down the epoxy there was a scheduling hiccup. Kenny though went out of his way to make it right by coming right after another job and staying late to make sure we're stayed on schedule since I was having out of town guests coming that weekend and needed access to the basement. Working with Select Basement, but especially Kenny, made this one of the best experiences and I highly recommend them. 10 out of 10!"

"Luis and his crew arrived promptly at the prearranged time. He introduced himself and we went over what they were there to do. They proceeded to bring in their equipment and went right to work. When the Sump pump and dehumidifier installation was completed they went over how it worked, advised how to register the respective warranties and started the new equipment. They thoroughly cleaned up the basement where they were working. Luis also went over the outside discharge line for the sump pump. I then exited the house while Luis sprayed for the mold conditions in the basement. I was very satisfied with the professionalism of Luis and his crew and will definitely recommend Quality 1st basements to anyone who are looking for this type of service."
