He was reassuring, came that day to take a look, arrived punctually with a helper the next day, and did a 3-hour repair (it involved work outside and in a crawl space) quickly, efficiently, and professionally. He cleaned up thoroughly, and left me with heat back on and hot water restored. PSE&G came the next day to remove the red tag and approve his work. "This was a longstanding leak worked by several contractors over the years. AJT said sensible things and did sensible things and, knock on wood, it's finally fixed. I've had half a dozen people out on it over the years. The leak was in a second floor kitchen, under a dormer for a third floor kitchen. AJT came out and said they need to send a crew out to spray water on the roof and see if it would leak. First people to offer that. No joy, no charge. Just before Christmas 2018 we got a 24 hour rainstorm that was enough to get the roof leaking. They came back, poked a hole in the second floor ceiling, poked a hole in the third floor kitchen wall and found water leaking through the wall from the roof over the third floor and through to the second. No sign on the third floor. They installed an new roof on the 6x10 foot flat roof on the third floor dormer. Said the old roof was too short (it may have shrunk, predates my time owning the house). Came through the latest storm without a problem. Thoroughly impressed by how clean the second floor kitchen was after they had to take a load of cellulose insulation in the face opening the ceiling."

"I hired them for a furnace maintenance check for a great price. They changed my filter and disconnected my electric one informing me it was no longer in use. Added glue to pvc drain pipe that was loose, cleaned the flame sensor, measured voltage of circuits. Recently, as the weather got colder and the furnace started running I noticed a puddle coming from underneath it. I spent quite some time trying to diagnose it myself but couldn't figure it out. I explained to the company that I started having issues with the furnace after my last check. They sent Frank out to look at the issue. He was able to identify the issue pretty quickly and it was pretty simple. It was due to a loose drain pipe inside the unit. He simply reattached it. I was not charged as it was possible the pipe got loose (it was not well sealed) during the maintenance check. I was extremely grateful with the way Frank and Arctic Air Conditioning conducted business. I am wary of vendors who try to exploit you but I do not feel that way at all towards Arctic Air. I feel I can trust them with my business again in the future."

"These guys could not be more terrific! They were able to diagnose a problem that no other waterproofing could. American A-1 was here 5 minutes and they knew exactly what our problem was. We didn’t know it but we have iron oxide in our ground which needs to be maintained yearly. Also our french drain hadn’t been dug out deep enough to begin with so our finished basement got completely ruined. It was a very low point in our life but these guys came in, did the DIRTY job with HEAVY lifting and never complained once. They were efficient, knowledgeable and cleaned up to perfection when they were done. They even paid for a cleaning service to come in as dust had gotten just about everywhere. At another point in time our window wells were filling up with water and we didn’t know why. "Marvin, Romeo and their crew of 3 fellow laborers were the best! Great communication and coordination! They showed up at 8AM to place metal edging around our 75 foot semi-circular stone driveway and along our brick entry path. They dug out the existing plastic/rubber trim, inserted 11 boxes of 6”x 40” metal edging…10 strips per box by 3 PM. They cleaned up their work area, raked the stones to make our driveway level and hosed down the driveway They put all the old edging in industrial size plastic bags for town garbage collection. They are respectful, Industrious and pleasant to deal with and they are reasonable! I’ll have them back for other projects!"
