Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. When the repair tech came to my home on 7/23/19 the voltage was still very high. Artic Air ordered a new compressor. When it was delivered to them, they contacted me to let me know it was in. They could install it if the voltage was low enough. They were able to determine that the voltage was acceptable, and they installed the compressor that day. Artic Air went out of their way to keep me informed of their progress every step of the way. Their service was excellent, The Parts Manager was especially helpful."

The team that came and did the work was also great. They were on time, finished on schedule, were courteous and professional. They did a great job. I had some questions afterwards and Lou was always available to answer them. Most importantly the work was completed several months ago and we haven't had water in the basement since.
