The job was done but not completed as the worker did not regrout the tiles.
I paid two thousand dollars by 2 checks but have not been given a valid paper receipt in spite of as king for it repeatedly. The on-line receipt was made out inIP.correctly. Very disappointed with work . The worker did not clean-up before leaving.

The technician Elvis Mrkulic was amazing! He fastidiously kept me posted as to his arrival time.He was courteous ,professional and fast! I’ve had plumbers take twice as much time to unclog a sink as Elvis took to remove a broken hot water heater and install a new 40 Gallon gas Hot water heater! Totally amazing how he accomplished so much in so little time.And he filed all the necessary town forms for the new gas hot water heater as well.
I believe it was under 90 minutes to remove a broken water heater and install a new 40 gallon gas hot water heater !And he hauled away the old gas water heater as well.
I was totally amazed at the work this man did
I will Absolutely use him again and more than highly recommend him to everyone!
