"My air conditioner condensers were struck by a power surge this summer. They were beyond repair, after repair inspections by 3 different firms, including Braido. Since my house is 21 years old, I knew that eventually the furnaces would have to be replaced as well, so I bit the bullet and replaced both the air conditioners and the furnaces for the upstairs and downstairs zones of my home. 
I came across Braido's name from a local community board on Facebook. I checked their ratings out on Angie's List and decided to have them inspect and then provide an estimate.

For the install, they actually came 1 day early to lay the slab for the condensers outside because rain was being forecast. Smart thinking!
Then, what was supposed to be a 3 day install, took only 2. They were timely, professional and tidy. Would definitely recommend!

"I have had a service contract with them for over 30 years. oil is alway delivered in a timely manner. They service the boiler and come out to fix problems that may arise. Sometimes they are there before the phone is hung up, other times it takes a while, but its always fixed. THey are a huge company, but, still seem to have a small family feel, which is what I like most. I can always reach them, and, the reps try their best to be helpful. Can not say they are not pricey but the extra pennies are worth it in the end."

"I had the best experience with H2Bros Plumbing and Heating. I hired them to install Navien combi unit to replace my old boiler and water heater. Genaro and Javin were very knowledgeable, professional, and polite from the start. They did an awesome job by installing all the needed parts by the code and very neat. Even though I know some plumbing companies cut corners and not install all additional components that recommended by Navien. Very reasonably priced for the job they did.
