"From the moment I met Mike Marchese I felt at ease. I'm a very decisive woman. I do my research and If you re a contractor by the time I call you I have a prity good idea of what I want. Mike spent about an hour with me walking through my home and listening to me and my ideas. He made suggestions based on not only my want but my needs. He explained everything never one making me feel rushed in the decision. When the day came to install a 4 man crew of John, Kurt, Cody and shane showed up first thing. Mike stopped by shortly after as the crew got under way.They were respectful and kept it as clean as possible. They worked well together getting all the units hung on the wall and run to the unit out back. When it was all done they cleaned up and it was like they were never there. A few days later after my electrician had done his part I called mike and he explained the next step in the process( inspection). This is a great group of men and have already suggested this company to my sister in law for her new home. Thanks to Mike, John, Kurt, Cody and shane for helping me not only improve my home but my quality of life this mini split is a game changer for us."

"Mr. Braido came when he said he would for the initial discussion.   Discussed what to do/whether anything could be done with the old gas furnace in my office and discussed whether to replace it with a combination AC/Furnace unit.  When I decided just to remove the furnace altogether, he cheerfully obliged and, again, came when he said he would.  My plan is to have electric baseboard heating. If Mr. Braido did electrical work, I would certainly hire  him  for that job.

"I have had a service contract with them for over 30 years. oil is alway delivered in a timely manner. They service the boiler and come out to fix problems that may arise. Sometimes they are there before the phone is hung up, other times it takes a while, but its always fixed. THey are a huge company, but, still seem to have a small family feel, which is what I like most. I can always reach them, and, the reps try their best to be helpful. Can not say they are not pricey but the extra pennies are worth it in the end."

"I had the best experience with H2Bros Plumbing and Heating. I hired them to install Navien combi unit to replace my old boiler and water heater. Genaro and Javin were very knowledgeable, professional, and polite from the start. They did an awesome job by installing all the needed parts by the code and very neat. Even though I know some plumbing companies cut corners and not install all additional components that recommended by Navien. Very reasonably priced for the job they did. It was in July during the heat wave and Gary and crew made sure the work was scheduled and installed as quickly as possible. He and his staff did the installation in one day in a very hot attic.
