Genaro and Javin were very knowledgeable, professional, and polite from the start. They did an awesome job by installing all the needed parts by the code and very neat. Even though I know some plumbing companies cut corners and not install all additional components that recommended by Navien. Very reasonably priced for the job they did. As a single woman running my own home and being very particular.....it is extremely important to be able to discuss the job, hear all the details, and employ someone who is honest, honorable, well qualified, neat, and highly informed. I first hired Rob for the drain problem. He accomplished that efficiently and neatly at a reasonable price. We discussed options for a back up for the sump pump. Having a finished basement, I am always concerned about water. I have never lost electricity during a rain storm....but the possibility always takes up space in my brain. I have a portable generator....but I have to be home to start it. Today Rob arrived on time and installed the back up for me. It took the whole morning as he predicted. He explained how it all worked and it is a beautiful thing. I so appreciate knowledgable and personable service. I highly recommend Easy Flow Drain and Mechanical LLC for any plumbing needs. Oh....one more thing...he noticed a leak in my fairly new furnace exhaust piping. He pointed it out and gave me several possible reasons for the leak so I could intelligently discuss it with the company that installed the new energy efficient furnace. What else could you want from a plumber? I was extremely satisfied and impressed with his service. I'm also grateful for Angie's List!!!!

"I called in the late morning and the friendly office person took down all my information and gave me a window of time between 2-4 PM. She later called and said that the serviceman got done early with his morning job and would like to know if he can come earlier. The repairman, Andrew, was professional and knowledgeable. He opened the heating system access doors and found an error code. He promptly fixed the issue and also cleaned another part, which he said could give problems in the future. He took the time to explain why the problem occurred and what he did to fix it. He also took down the make/model of the heating system in case it needs more work in the future. Since there were not parts required, I was only charged the minimum service fee. The heat is working solidly now."
