Genaro and Javin were very knowledgeable, professional, and polite from the start. They did an awesome job by installing all the needed parts by the code and very neat. Even though I know some plumbing companies cut corners and not install all additional components that recommended by Navien. Very reasonably priced for the job they did. Dave and William were both professional and personable. When they came for the estimate, they spoke with me, not down to me. They listened to what my needs were and observed the work area. Within 10 minutes, they had a plan and an approximate price ( The official estimate was e-mailed to me very promptly). The work ethic and the quality workmanship were excellent! Great approach (here is the job...lets get it completed.) I worked in industrial construction for 40 years and I can tell a lot about people by the way they conduct themselves. William and Dave...wonderful! When they were finished (within the time frame that they had given me), the area was totally cleaned of any debris and the water heater operated and looked great. This is very important! The cost of the complete installation was exactly the estimate price. No extras...no add -ons. "The unit I had purchased from Home Depot had a piece missing, this was noticed by Easy Flow and I returned it to store for a new one. Once again, Easy Flow inspected the new unit and recommended I return it as it seemed the unit was previously installed and removed before being returned to the store. I finally picked up the third unit with a Home Depot employee verifying that it was brand new and Easy Flow installed it. I appreciate that Easy Flow remained while I went through the return process.

"I called in the late morning and the friendly office person took down all my information and gave me a window of time between 2-4 PM. She later called and said that the serviceman got done early with his morning job and would like to know if he can come earlier. The repairman, Andrew, was professional and knowledgeable. He opened the heating system access doors and found an error code. He promptly fixed the issue and also cleaned another part, which he said could give problems in the future. He took the time to explain why the problem occurred and what he did to fix it. He also took down the make/model of the heating system in case it needs more work in the future. Since there were not parts required, I was only charged the minimum service fee. The heat is working solidly now."
