Needed to replace old stairs with platform along with deck boards in my backyard. Met with John to discuss my options. The work itself was completed within 3 days. I was astonished with the end result. It looks beautiful ! Very professional ! Would definitely use them again for future projects.

John was outstanding! It is not easy when you need to do major work in your home. A home is an investment you need to protect so when you are looking for someone to do work that can affect your investment, you want quality without breaking the bank and honesty. John told us what he could do and could not do. His work was outstanding where the neighbors are admiring the details of the job. If you are looking for someone who will give you quality, friendly service and get what you pay for, hire John. I have a lot more work and he is my go to contractor. John was amazing. Always on time (which is really important to us), did not rush to finish the work, and exceeded our expectations! He completely transformed the exterior of our house: replaced a wood deck with a beautiful new and greatly improved deck (with underside drainage!) and transformed a long raised platform into a lovely porch area. He did all the work himself! He did some other work for us also (replaced a storm door, repaired an area around sliding patio doors, among other things). I cannot say enough for his work, his work ethic, and his professionalism. John is our new go-to contractor for any other work we need!! You will not be disappointed if you hire John for your project. And he left everything clean every day!

John was amazing from the moment he entered my home. He wasn't "spending my money for me". He understood what I was looking for and tried to save me the money where he felt I could at no sacrifice to the outcome of the job. He was knowledgeable in all aspects of home renovation, payed great attention to detail, was honest and on time! Very rare to find a combination like that! Would recommend him highly to anyone and everyone.

Doors (Exterior) Installation and Replacement
I highly recommend Elite Home Renovations. From the moment John the owner walked into my home to give me an estimate to replace my front door and screen door till he was finished with the work, he was nothing but a gentlemen. Their work were beyond what I had expected. They took their time, leveled out the door, cleaned up after themselves, which is a big help. I am moving on to other projects and John is my new contractor.

John was here to replace my closet doors where I keep my washer & dryer. We bought new doors only to find out one of the tracks with the door was the wrong one. John tried to fix my old doors, which he was able to do & now I can return the new doors.
