Patrick Chavez arrived promptly a few days before the work was done to give a free estimate. The repairs were done the same week as the estimate, he fit us right in!  On the day the work was to be completed his team showed up on time and were very neat and courteous while working in our office.  They replaced the draft inducer motor and the filters in the office.  Our heat works perfectly now!  It was a huge help to have the work done right away, it being the middle of the winter and having an office full of people. I would definitely use California Coolers Heating and Cooling again and recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work to be done.  Patrick and his team are professional, neat, prompt and their prices are very fair.

If I could rate this company an A++, I would. Patrick was thorough, effective and efficient. His price was more than competitive. I was extremely pleased with his work and with his prompt response to any question I had.
Work was performed neatly, and with an eye to maximize the effectiveness of the new system. He also worked along side other contractors who were involved in my home reconstruction following the storm. He managed his work, workers and materials cooperatively so that multiple trades could  complete work simultaneously.

The workers that showed up to the office were professional and completed the task in a timely fashion.  The heating unit is now working and the noise has stopped.  Their response time from when I called to when they came to do the repair was NEXT day!  I would use California Coolers again.
