"Mr. Braido came when he said he would for the initial discussion.   Discussed what to do/whether anything could be done with the old gas furnace in my office and discussed whether to replace it with a combination AC/Furnace unit.  When I decided just to remove the furnace altogether, he cheerfully obliged and, again, came when he said he would.  My plan is to have electric baseboard heating. If Mr. Braido did electrical work, I would certainly hire  him  for that job.
