She later called and said that the serviceman got done early with his morning job and would like to know if he can come earlier. The repairman, Andrew, was professional and knowledgeable. He opened the heating system access doors and found an error code. He promptly fixed the issue and also cleaned another part, which he said could give problems in the future.
