"We hired this contractor almost a year ago to do various projects. The work was supposed to be finished in 10 days according to the contract. We are here almost a year later and there is still work that is unfinished. I paid Martin before all of the work was completed, and I can’t get ahold of him to finish the work now. The pipe still hasn’t been cut, and there is still a huge piece of concrete in our side yard. I’m not sure what to do now."

"I woke up to find my water heater leaking so I placed a call to Rickert Plumbing. To my surprise, they answered immediately and the friendly voice on the other end said they could come out to take a look at the water heater the same day. They gave me a time frame between 11am -1pm. Once they arrived, Jason and Noah took a look and explained in detail what was wrong and told me I needed a new water heater. They gave me options and took the time to explain in detail every thing I needed to know to make an informed decision. They got the job done quickly and were meticulous about cleaning the work area as they worked. Both Jason and Noah were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
