David Kress stepped up to the plate on this. I had a total of three rapid, and possibly entertained offers within minutes of my posting on Angi. All respondents were helpful and courteous. David offered the best price, top of the line replacement item, communicated very frequently, and we set a time in less than 24 hours of the initial problem for replacement. Work was on time as scheduled, courteous, properly performed, all in all an excellent experience, very pleased. Definite hire/rehire. A+++++

David and his co-worker where very professional in the installation of my new water heater, they answered all my questions as it relates to this project, I will be utilizing they services again and I recommend them for your proct needs.

My water heater had exploded there was water everywhere and I had no not water I called kress plumbing the owner Dave came right out he was very professional and friendly he and his team came in did the clean up removed the old water heater and I stalled the new one in no time at all my house was back to normal and I was back to my routine it was a real please t experience with kress plumbing I will surely use them again for all my plumbing needs

David and his partner did a great job ensuring the new shut off valve worked properly and that the new oven/stove was level so that it fit in the space. They were efficient in their work and explained what they were doing as they went. I would definitely hire them again. Hopefully they will bring a hand cart next time to easily move appliances in/out of place.

David was incredibly rude to me and yelled at me multiple times over the phone, in my home, etc. He installed a gas water heater in my basement, and then I had to get the chimney repaired. He blamed the chimney repair guy for "ruining his water heater" after it turned out it was backdrafting. I went back and forth with my chimney repair service and David, and no one could figure out what went wrong. This is not my fault, I'm a new homeowner trying to figure out how to make my house safe and liveable. David told me I was "demanding" that he help me, except I paid him fairly and was willing to continue to pay him. I don't want someone in my house shouting at me and telling me I paid for the wrong services, especially considering that they've already been done. I do not need or want someone so willing to blame others and complain coming into my house, and I'm sure you don't either. Extremely unprofessional.

Excellent, was contacted day before and sent them a picture of my old heater. They set up time for 9AM, and arrived a little early. Very professional, definitely would use again and recommend them to anyone.

Not only did I save a few thousand dollars, but now I have a plumber I can count on. I have since used him on multiple projects and he has proven to be reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.
