Which includes cleaning them out, dealing with any mold and waterproofing. 4.Deck Maintenance: power washing them, repair, stain and seal 5. Property maintenance / property checks for the out of town property owner. That being said we do all kinds of work. This past year we refinished floors, hung storm doors / windows, installed gable vents, installed shower pans, hung and repaired drywall, installed garage door openers, hung doors, build decks, installed air conditioners, moved / repaired sheds, installed above ground pools and the list goes on.
