It went very smoothly. All work was done timely and on budget.

John and his crew were great. Very responsible, thorough, and totally remodeled a home that needed complete renovation. His recommendations of other contractors were equally as impressive. His painting was top notch. We were pleased with how quickly he began the huge job and finished it in a timely manner considering all the work that was done. John was in constant communication with us throughout the renovation. He gave excellent recommendations for paint colors.

This company is very professional, thorough and offers value added service.  I originally hired John Fisher to replace the vinyl floor in 1 bathroom. I wanted the old vinyl removed before laying the new.  When Fisher and his helper took up the old flooring they ran into sub-flooring that was soaking wet and in splinters. They removed all subflooring and we started seeing black mold. The insulation between the joists was black with mold. So they had things to do that were not scheduled - removed all subflooring, insulation and were standing in my crawl space wiping everything down with Clorox when I left to go to Home Depot to buy a new vanity and sink, commode, sub flooring.  The next morning they picked everything up from Home Depot and delivered it to the house and went to work puttingi the new sub floor in, new vinyl, vanity, sink and commode.  All of this happened on a Monday.  They had to reposition pipes to work with the new vanity and sink.  It was a mess and they had that room done by end of day on Wednesday.
Needless to say the original financial quote changed once we discovered problems that we did not expect initially.
Then they re-bult steps going up to the porch so that they were equally separated and easier to traverse. Then they worked on the outdoor shower (power washed the interior, intalled some tiles, installed a couple of shelves and cleats to hang towels.  They built a headboard frame for the Master Bdrm that looks terrific.  They prepped, properly, and painted all wood railings and posts on my wrap around porch.  There were several small handy man things I had done as well.
Everything was well thought out and completed to my great satisfaction.  Mr. Fisher has a long background with a custom homebuilder and it shows in his work.  He hauls everything off unless your trash pickup is the next day then he stacks everything to be picked up neatly.
I will call John Fisher again to schedule more work for my beach house in the Fall.  I highly recommend him.

It went very well. As I stated he did the rooms exactly as I requested. He fixed small problems as he encountered them. I also had my exterior power washed, the shutters painted, and it looks like I have a new house inside and out!

Jon was reliable and detailed. He let himself in and out and fit us into his schedule. Ahead of schedule when he got rained out of exterior jobs. He's Great,

John Fisher is always very conscientious in his work - a perfectionist but doesn't obsess. He is prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasant to work with.
