I had an outstanding experience. Paul quoted me a time frame he hoped to be on, which was 4-5 weeks out. When we had a lot of rain, I figured he was far behind. However, his team of workers showed up when scheduled, and did a fantastic job. I've had the house done a few times in the past, and it has taken a few weeks to complete. With P Q, they showed up with about 5 or 6 American workers, and it took less than 3 days. They were all respectful, hard-working and courteous. Upon very close inspection, I couldn't find a drop of paint or problem area!! Also, when replacing the rotting cedar shakes they took it all the way back to the problem. He removed more than the eye could see, so I wouldn't have any problems in the future. I cannot say enough about how happy and satisfied I am as a customer. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. If you need a painter, you MUST give them a call.

It seemed to go alright he spread it out over a couple of visits. He is always available and he is the owner Paul himself I don't think I have ever called and gotten his voicemail, Paul always answers which is rare these days.

We contacted Paul after getting 3 other quotes. Paul responded within a couple of days to provide a reasonable quote. He was professional. Once we provided him with paint color, he was very timely in coming back with a contract and scheduling the service. He gave honest feedback in what the house needed and how long the work would take. His team arrived on the scheduled days and timely. Paul and his team were very courteous and professional. They finished the job much quicker than we expected and it looked great. We had a few questions and Paul was more than happy to answer them and give suggestions. We were concerned that the gutters did not look great after power washing and he explained why and later took the time to clean them with another cleaner and showed us what we can use in the future. He offered to come back and paint trim that we need to get for one of our exterior doors.

Paul came to give us a quote the same day we called for an estimate. We were very satisfied with the price, signed a contract later that day and gave him a deposit. He scheduled the work to begin in two weeks. A few days before the scheduled date, Paul came to check on the color we chose. On the morning of the date scheduled, he arrived with a helper (very punctual). His helper power washed the house and scraped the foundation of flaking paint and left it to dry. The foundation, exterior and gutters were painted within the next two days. Paul was here each day painting as well as overseeing the work of his helper. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with our newly painted home. Paul and his helper were very personable, agreeable and helpful. We would definitely hire Paul again and recommend him to others.
