Mr. Mastco & his wife where very friendly, easy to work with and able to come out to complete the work within 2 days. I would definitely recommend this company & will hire again if the need arises. Thank you!!!

Excellent Carmen called and came to look at the job shortly after I submitted work to be done on Angi’s list.He gave me a price and he came today and did the job. I’m very happy and I will definitely call him again and pass his name on to friends and neighbors.

The owner Carmen was fantastic. He installed the plywood subfloor and vinyl plank flooring in three days. The installation was beyond my expectations, and he left the house immaculate . If I ever have another floor installation in the future I would definitely use mastco flooring.

nitially I was pleased with what I saw, however when finishing and moving back into the space I discovered issues. 1. The opening for the outlets were too small. I contacted owner and he agreed to fix on the following Saturday and he was a no show (no call nor text). I had to pay someone to make the openings larger. $50 2. I instructed to have closet shelving brackets installed on studs and In February when I started hanging clothes on the rod the brackets starting coming out of wall. None of the brackets were installed on studs. I had to pay someone to redo the shelving. $150 3. He said that the subfloor would be prep for installing and very little if any prepping was done. In March I discovered a nail or screw breaking threw the thick vinyl plank in my living room. I have not had the floor repair because I need a specialist to repair or replace by removing additional planks, baseboards, quarter rounds, caulking. The last payment we had a dispute over $100, I requested a receipt for closet materials and I didn't get it. He also stated I would get a receipt for quarter rounds and I didn't get it either.

It went great. The work was done and finished in a timely fashion. My wife and I were very happy with the job. If I needed any other work done I would call Mastco flooring and tile again.

I would recommend Mastco to everyone. Carmen was meticulous and did a great job on everything I asked him to do. His rates were reasonable and I kept adding jobs for him because of that.

Front start to finish was easier than I thought it would be. Great customer service and reasonably priced. So happy with my new bathroom

Wonderful! He was quietly efficient and very helpful. He even offered to help my daughter with a flat tire. Then he came back the next day to finish up part of fixture he didn’t have to do. I’m saving his card for sure.

It went very well. Carmen was very courteous and professional. The floors turned out beautiful.

I used Mastco flooring to install carpet and vinyl wood flooring. My wife and I were happy so I asked Carmen if he’d would install crown molding. That was November 2020. Gave $1000 deposit November 2020. Carmen advised us he’d be back after holidays. We heard nothing. My wife got intouch with Carmen on March 12,2021. She was advised by text via Carmen he was sending our deposit of $1000.00 back and would do job at a later date. My wife and I decided to cancel job completely. We have been lied to repeatedly by Mastco flooring that check was sent. In April he said it was sent thru Venmo, which we do not have. Then he said we’d have to wait ten days for venmo to send money back. He then told us it was sent by Mail. We’ve waited and waited. After communication on June 4, he told my wife check was sent June 4th, 2021. A week later it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve been trying to get my money back for three months. I cannot advice anyone to use this company. We are retirement age, on limited income. I would not recommend.

Sanding of floors Also installation of tiles in kitchen. Carmen was extremely helpful , He came over to help us remove tiles in kitchen , my husband and I were grateful for an extra hand. He also assisted me with taking out nails and staples from floors, He was very courteous , polite and helpful!!

We are very pleased with the flooring installation Carmen and Jim completed. They were very precise, meticulous, and did excellent work in a timely manner. When a small problem arose, Carmen was right on top of it, and it was resolved quickly. Carmen is easy to talk to, personable, and able to answer all our questions. We would definitely recommend Carmen /Mastco Flooring and Tile Works!

My new kitchen floor is beautiful. Carmen is very attentive to every detail & has fair pricing. This is the 2nd time we've used Mastco and absolutely will again.

Carmen is extremely professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and friendly. He came into a job after another reneged. He steered us in the right direction. Not only is Carmen doing beautiful vinyl wood floors and laying new carpet, but turns out we needed our powder room sub floor replaced and our front door replaced due to rotted wood. Nothing is too much trouble. He can do it all! I only wish I knew Carmen before I hired someone to install my granite counters and kitchen island. Any future work on my home will be done by Carmen and his hardworking crew! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
