I had a bird in my chimney and they first work hard to try and extract the bird and then placed a tunnel in the chimney in case the bird had not escaped yet. From the very first phone contact to the execution of the work, everything interaction has been prompt, professional and friendly. . Various options for the attic removal of the raccoons were clearly explained to me with no pressure.
