"Nick provided a top-to-bottom, end-to-end renovation/upgrade to a two bedroom apartment for sale including the full bathroom from floors to walls to shower and sink faucets, vanities, mirror and medicine cabinet demo and installation, repaired/filled holes and painted - basically everything other than the tub replacement so that it was a brand new, spotless room. He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. Constantly receive compliments on the impressive finished product of our newly renovated apartment that is ready to move in."

"I hired RASCO to do a deep cleaning of my boiler. What I got instead was a surface cleaning, at best. It is clear to me now that they merely drained my boiler and added a chemical treatment, which is NOT a deep clean and certainly not worth the $369 they charged me. Two other HVAC professionals have since questioned RASCOs work. The controls and the piping around the sight glass, for instance, were not cleaned. The system seems as dirty as ever. Deep cleaning? Hardly. Surface, at best. RASCO charged $320 for the boiler clean and $49 for a separate heating pipe consultation I requested. Oscar charged me the consultation fee and promised he would follow up with the written assessment, which I very much needed. When I followed up via text and asked for that written assessment, Oscar told me he was not sure of the analysis he gave me verbally and refused to send me anything in writing. Ok, so why did he charge me?! When I questioned the fairness of that and asked for that $49 back, Oscar said: **Take me to court**. That is a direct quote. At the end of the day, I had to pay an additional fee to someone else for that written assessment. So, if you think that $369 for draining a boiler and throwing a $15 container of chemical treatment in a boiler is fair, then by all means hire RASCO/ Oscar. But if you value someone actually doing the work you paid them for then look elsewhere. Side note: Because of COVID, I gave the two-person RASCO crew space to work for everyone's safety. Lesson learned: next time, I will stand over and watch like a hawk. Though, there will not be **a next time** with me and RASCO."

"First of all I wanna mention that my experience is similar to many people who have been serviced by j&s as it appears in their Yelp reviews. I had a working furnace that was tripping because of limited airflow, they practically forced me to change the furnace. Which, cost me $4000 and took over 2 weeks. Then the new one had a defective gas valve. Then the furnace kept tripping and stopped working even after changing the valve. I had to reopen the work order for the 3rd time. When they came they found out about the limited airflow from the dirty coil. They said they'll talk with AHS and get back to me, but what they did is they closed the request as completed. I had to call again to reopen the request. When they showed, up they tried to talk me into downgrading my filter. It was too late when I realized that the real issue was a dirty coil and/or duckt work not the furnace. Lastly, they sneakily updated the request to have a non covered item ($200 to change the air filter) this way,"

"The job inside was done. However the drainage put in outside has turned our yard into a swimming pool. We once had a pipe draining to the creek and this was a perfect solution to the rains/weather. These guys came in and put a round small cylinder well. Water pumps up into our yard turning it into a swamp. Called them to come and see the problem they created. Their response $2900 to fix THEIR DAMAGE. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY!!"
