The crew they sent were excellent. They spent 5 days doing the job and were quiet, professional, and diligent. Their work is excellent. The product is top notch. They keep me posted every step of the way, took time to answer any questions I had, protected my property while they worked, and cleaned up every single day. I would hire them again.

It was great. Initially they had schedule me this year for good weather. They recommended other colors because they don't have the colors that I wanted. They were really friendly. Any question that we had they responded really fast.

This review is being written over a year after my new roof was installed. Why? I wanted to live with the end result; through rain, wind, snow and ice. So how do I feel about my experience? Read on … In the beginning, I sought out a number of well rated/reviewed contractors to replace my old roof, but settled upon Pro Exterior because of their responsiveness, clear and complete description of what the job entailed, their competitive quote and the timeframe to perform the work. So how did it go? Awesomely!!! They were always here when they said they would be, did the work they said they would do, made sure I understood the details of what and why they were doing what they were doing. Their crew was hard working, respectful and efficient. Every detail was done as they said it would be. FYI … I was watching! Down to cleanup and making sure any stray nails were picked up. AND they continued to respond when I called after the job was done. OMG …. What a Great Experience! I wish I had more like this one when compared to others I’ve had to endure. I researched my project quite thoroughly but Pro Exteriors LLC won my business with a combination of professionalism and attractive pricing. When the project started they arrived on time with plenty of help (weather was a factor). The job was done on schedule, the guys were polite, hard working and considerate and the cleanup was thorough. And my new roof plus chimney looked as good as I was hoping for.
