I hired RASCO to do a deep cleaning of my boiler. What I got instead was a surface cleaning, at best. It is clear to me now that they merely drained my boiler and added a chemical treatment, which is NOT a deep clean and certainly not worth the $369 they charged me. Two other HVAC professionals have since questioned RASCOs work. The controls and the piping around the sight glass, for instance, were not cleaned. The system seems as dirty as ever. Deep cleaning? Hardly. Surface, at best. RASCO charged $320 for the boiler clean and $49 for a separate heating pipe consultation I requested. Oscar charged me the consultation fee and promised he would follow up with the written assessment, which I very much needed. When I followed up via text and asked for that written assessment, Oscar told me he was not sure of the analysis he gave me verbally and refused to send me anything in writing. Ok, so why did he charge me?! When I questioned the fairness of that and asked for that $49 back, Oscar said: **Take me to court**. That is a direct quote. At the end of the day, I had to pay an additional fee to someone else for that written assessment. So, if you think that $369 for draining a boiler and throwing a $15 container of chemical treatment in a boiler is fair, then by all means hire RASCO/ Oscar. But if you value someone actually doing the work you paid them for then look elsewhere. Side note: Because of COVID, I gave the two-person RASCO crew space to work for everyone's safety. Lesson learned: next time, I will stand over and watch like a hawk. Though, there will not be **a next time** with me and RASCO.

Have use their service many times in the past. Always happy with Their professionalism and their work. One thing I am most impressed with how they have come through on two separate occasions for severe emergencies, one was a flood in my basement the second was a burst pipe just after we completed a brand new bathroom in adjoining room. They got there fast fix the problem and I was 100% satisfied. I will use no one else

This installation was flawless and effortless. The gentleman from Rasco were knowledgeable and informative. The work performed was neat and professional. I would recommend using Rasco to my family and friends. The whole experience was a delight.

Quick to respond to a call

Within minutes of being on homeadvisor I got a call (and this was 11pm EST on a friday yet) to see how they could help. Then after describing what I needed for a BBQ hook up, I said 10am Saturday morning would be ideal and he was there and done within 30 mins. Incredible service, would use again for any plumbing and heating needs we have.
