"Brayand made a lot of promises. He does nice looking work but did not install the water heater tub we'd asked for and paid for; did not apply for the permit he claimed to, which was why we paid more to get a real plumber; and as far as I can tell is not a registered plumber as he claimed. He also rerouted the water feed for the water heater so that the first time we try to replace the water filter, it'll twist the pipes right off — and did not turn over the receipt for the water heater we need for the warranty. Overall, a complete ripoff."

"WARNING!! WARNING!! WARNING!! PLEASE don't call these guys. They are HORRIBLE! they installed a small water heater on a drop ceiling and they charged me $2500.00. They left wires hanging and broke the drop ceiling tiles. never replaced. i called several times to let them know and never heard a response back. That was the end of February. Come September the water heater stopped working. Note there is a 6 year warranty on the tank and 2 years labor. i just wanted them to come take a look at it. They basically told me to go F#*@ myself Again called several times and the son hung up on me three times he kept saying to call a electrician. Finally i got the Dad on the phone and told him about the problem and he said he'll take care of it. AGAIN nothing was resolved. So the FATHER and SON don't give a s*** about their costumers. THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTIST. DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!!"
