They do great work! Very efficient and knowledgeable- they will give a fair diagnosis, I unfortunately had to get a brand new install, but they did excellent work. Clean, quick and efficient.

Requested a quote for a new bathroom installed in the basement. The plumber showed up. took notes and said he will discuss it with his manager and then send a quote over. Never heard back. Send an email reminder, still no one ever got back. Talked to a guy on the phone who said will figure it out and get back to me. No body every did. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER. HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE.

WARNING!! WARNING!! WARNING!! PLEASE don't call these guys. They are HORRIBLE! they installed a small water heater on a drop ceiling and they charged me $2500.00. They left wires hanging and broke the drop ceiling tiles. never replaced. i called several times to let them know and never heard a response back. That was the end of February. Come September the water heater stopped working. Note there is a 6 year warranty on the tank and 2 years labor. i just wanted them to come take a look at it. They basically told me to go F#*@ myself Again called several times and the son hung up on me three times he kept saying to call a electrician. Finally i got the Dad on the phone and told him about the problem and he said he'll take care of it. AGAIN nothing was resolved. So the FATHER and SON don't give a s*** about their costumers. THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTIST. DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!!

Repairmen showed up on a Saturday 11/19/22, I had a blockage in the oil line/nozzle, they told me it was the oil pump, which I bled out so I knew it was working. They quoted me $675 for a 5 minute repair (now finding out the new pump would cost approx $100-$150). They decided this was the issue with no trouble shooting, never cleaned out the pump screen, nothing. For whatever reason, they decided to take my oil pump with them, they had no replacement parts with them, and told me they would be back the next day. Never heard back. I asked for my pump back and was told I'd have to pay $95 if I want it back. They stole my pump and now basically asking for ransom. It's below freezing out, on day 2 without heat, and unable to get anyone else in to look at it on a weekend without the pump to troubleshoot the system. Shady repairmen, police report taken, and literally left in the cold. I have never experienced anything like this with furnace repairman, they never returned my oil pump. AVOID-RUN-DON'T LEAVE ANYTHING VALUABLE OUT

STAY AWAY!! I called this company to service my air unit. I was happy that someone came within an hour. They convinced me I needed a new unit outside. I felt I overpaid but agreed. What I found out after install is Artic Air used a subcontractor called Prestige Pro out of Wayne or Totowa. No way to know as these guys keep changing their names. Prestige Pro said that Artic Air bought them and that the owner Dave was their cousin. My receipt says they installed a 4 ton unit which is what I had. Turns out they only installed a 3.5 ton unit. Sam at Prestige Pro claimed their supplier screwed them and they would take care of it (I have texts says as much). Then Prestige Pro went silent and I asked Dave from Artic to step in since I called his company since they were in Fairfield. He said he would call Prestige and work something out. Dave has since gone dark as well. The owner of Prestige told me to sue him. Bottom line Artic Air is who I called and agreed to come. If he was too busy he should have told me so I can hire another local reputable company. BUYER BEWARE OF DAVE AT ARTIC AIR IN FAIRFIELD AND SAM AT PRESTIGE PRO OR WHATEVER THEY WILL CALL THEMSELVES NEXT WEEK!!! SCAMMERS!!!
