+ -1 moreBrayand made a lot of promises. He does nice looking work but did not install the water heater tub we'd asked for and paid for; did not apply for the permit he claimed to, which was why we paid more to get a real plumber; and as far as I can tell is not a registered plumber as he claimed. He also rerouted the water feed for the water heater so that the first time we try to replace the water filter, it'll twist the pipes right off — and did not turn over the receipt for the water heater we need for the warranty. Overall, a complete ripoff.
