I had squirrels entering my attic months ago and often heard noises above my bedroom during nighttime which made me not sleeping well. I am lucky to have hired Conquest and Khan to do the job. He is very responsible and always came on time. He put three traps in my attic and came a few times after to check if any squirrels have been caught. He also sealed the entrance and exit in my soffit where the squirrels got in and out of the attic. Even though it seems that the squirrels have abandoned their nest in my attic and didn't come back, but I am glad that I finally have the problem fixed and now I don't hear any noises any more. They came to remove a hornet's nest that we found on our property. They responded quickly and removed it efficiently! Very good service!

I had flying squirrel problem in my attic. They made noises all night and even stained a spot on my ceiling. This was the second time it happened. The last time, I hired a big exterminator company to treat the problem and it was a disaster. The squirrels escaped into the inside of my house running around everywhere. This time, I hired Khan due to the good review from a customer with squirrel problem. I was skeptical due to the last experience. After Khan finished with the work, I'm consider myself lucky to have hired Khan for this job. He worked on this problem for 4 weeks straight. He checked my attic frequently and kept me posted on every step of the way. He removed 14 squirrels and 2 mice. He cleaned the attic and wrapped tape to protect the wires that was chewed up by the squirrels. He painted over the stained spot on my ceiling. He checked all the spots the squirrel could enter and covered it. He also found the mysterious squeaky noise on my attics and fixed it for me I cannot ask for a more thorough and honest person. His price is also reasonable. Now I can sleep well at night without the constant scratching noise above. I asked Khan to come back and check my attic every year. I'm sure he will do a great job of keeping those pesky squirrels away from my attic.

Khan was able to come to the house the next day! Very accommodating. Won't know quality of work till next Spring, but have no doubt that he did what was needed to keep those bugs away!

Khan is honest, responsible, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about pests. He rid my home of carpenter ants and cave crickets and took the time to trace out where the ants originated in order to stop the source. I highly recommend him.

Explained what the project would look like and insured me if for some reason this didn't work (because there was no way to tell where the hive was under my porch because of the foundation) he would come back and figure out how to rid my front porch of the yellow jackets. Kahn is a true professional. He walked around the entire interior and exterior of my home to assess the type of pests invading my home. He explained in detail what his approach would be and the type of insecticide(s) he would be using. He then took the time to write out the estimate, including follow-up visits, and what he would be doing to combat the rodents and insects.
