We wanted a pet friendly solution because of our cat, and this seemed like a good option. However, after all the phone tag and all was said and done, we still have bedbugs. After the second treatment, we were still getting bites. We told them and they gave us traps to try and lure them out, but they didn't catch anything. Additionally, they only gave us a month of insurance starting from the first treatment, which we found to be illogical. Now we still have the problem, the insurance is expired, and out $850....

Excellent service. Also replaced vapor barrier under house and installed dehumidifier. Best in the business. Highly recommended.

Great service. Price is amazing. Small business/BIG RESULTS. Not trying to upsell or take you for a ride.  Seriously knows his stuff and will walk you through the entire process. I have had national chains and i just feel like they are constantly trying to add on costs. Did not get that feeling here and felt the service was really good.
