I had written a poor review after getting unsatisfactory answers about an insect control treatment, which was supposed to have been done with one of my weed control visits , but was not listed as done. Within an hour, Joe B, a manager at Green Lawn, called me to apologize and explain why the treatment may not have been correctly recorded in my records. He was apologetic and kind. The fact that he responded so quickly and was so sincere really impressed me. I also have found the technicians (who do the treatments) to be very friendly too. Therefore I’ve upped my rating and intend to use this company again in 2026.

Green Lawn is hands down the best lawn care company I’ve ever had. My technician, Randy, does a great job! His attention to detail and commitment to excellent service go far beyond just applying treatments. He consistently gives me helpful feedback about my lawn, taking the time to explain what he’s seeing and what steps I can take to keep it healthy. What truly sets Randy apart is his thoughtfulness—he doesn’t hesitate to address any concerns he notices during his visit, and he even goes the extra mile to bring my empty garbage can back to the house. That level of care and pride in his work is rare these days, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. I truly appreciate having someone so reliable and professional taking care of my lawn!

We tried to do our own lawn fertilization after having a service for years. After two years, our long looked terrible. We hired green lawn fertilization and our lawn looks gorgeous already and we’ve only had three applications. Our service person, Jonte always let me know when he arrives so I can put the dogs inside the house. He’s very professional does an excellent job and always asks if I have any questions. What a great company and an amazing service.

We live in Haverford we changed from true green worst move first treatment I was working from home the Teck pulled up put the sign on the lawn went back in his truck ate lunch smoked a joint got on the riding fertilizer machine and with in 5 minutes he fell in a clearly marked hole it took 29 minutes he made huge ruts in the grass drove the machine back on his truck stuck a bill in my mailbox and left never did he go to the back of my property never did he try to fix the ruts he made sure to place the bill I called True Green 5 times left messages to have a manager call me back to this day no one has ever call me nothing I’m definitely going to find a new service this company is horrible horrible the only thing there good is how they bill they have that down real bad company read the reviews there all talk no comment to do anything I’m getting away as fast as I can

I was extremely dissatisfied with this service. Always a different service provider, not always familiar with were to apply product. Weeds prevailed. And I am being charged for two applications this season even tho I had called to cancel. They claim they have no record of my cancellation. Automatic renewal. No one let me know someone was coming nor was a green lawn sign left to indicate someone had been there. Why would I use green lawn when I am already using trugreen, which is a far superior company and much easier to deal with. I feel that green lawn is a rip off.

I've done my own lawn treatments including lime and overseeding as well as pre-emptive crabgrass control for more than 20 years. However, a few years back it became apparent to me that a few weeds were not going away with my usual treatments. They continued to fester until I decided to act. Fortunately, Green Lawn was the first company i called. They've been very responsive to my needs especially in discussing the applications before doing any work as i typically request through their email service. Each year the lawn looks better and better! I cannot be more pleased with the end result provided by this company! The only caveat is that i am now retired and on a fixed income. When I started with them the treatments were around 40.00 each. Now, they've grown to almost 60.00 each. Very soon, i will not be able to continue because of the price increases. And THAT would be a darn shame!!

While the services performed were satisfactory, the total cost per service was excessive. Furthermore, when I inquired about aeration and overseeding, knowing that the germination requirements for grass require specific temperature ranges, I was shocked to find out lawn was aerated and seeded while we were still in the summer. Some of the seeds took to growing while others didn't. I expected the aeration and overseeding to take place in late September. Instead, it was done during the month of august during a relatively dry spell.

I have not used a lawn fertilization and maintenance program for a long time, but I decided to try Green Lawn. I had heard from others that they really do a nice job and now I can confirm on my own. The cost is not prohibitive. The staff and technicians are all very polite and professional. And the best part is my lawn looks amazing. Each treatment is a little over $40 and you only get what you ask for with no one pushing you to buy more.
