I had them put in a whole home standby generator and was very particular on how I wanted the generator to be placed/installed including wiring underground. They were always available to answer any questions and did all the legwork for acquiring permits and just made it absolutely seamless for me (the homeowner). He explained several installation alternatives to my wife and I . We discussed the choices and selected one that satisfied our needs.
