I want to say how happy I am with this company! I feel so taken care of. They monitor me from afar, and took the initiative to come and repair something at no cost that they could see might need to be done, even though my generator seemed to work fine last week when we briefly last power. Powerton Generators surpassed my expectations. When faced with an emergency situation towards the end of 2024 when our generator failed during a power outage I reached out to the original company that installed our generator. I was told that they were booked for weeks and to try finding someone else to assist. I reached out to Powerton and within an hour a technician was at our door and started diagnosing the problem. He was knowledge, personable and was willing to help in any way possible. All communication since the repair has been very positive and honest. We are grateful to have found Powerton and will use them for all of our future generator needs!

I had 3 different companies tell me my Generac home generator was beyond repair including Generac themselves. Brian from Powerton showed up and methodology troubleshooting the problem removed the entire engine and found then problem. He is extremely knowledgeable and persistent. Wonderful to see a highly skilled technician rather than someone who says just replace with a new one. I would highly recommend this company. If all their technicians are as skilled as Brian this place is AAA++. Thanks so much

It took 4 weeks to rebuild a part. My generator is old so that is probably the reason for the delay. Everything works fine now.
