"The initial estimate was very reasonable. Nick showed up, on time, and got right to work relocating several ceiling fans, installing new light fixtures, rewiring outlets, and adding a new outlet. In the end, we were billed less than the original estimate because Nick determined there was a less expensive way to perform some of these services and did not charge us the extra costs. "It was this Christmas eve during a storm and we lost power. I started up my emergency generator and it was working just fine. As the night wore on the generator started to loose power and after about an hour finally stopped generating power. I have two sump pumps that keep my basement from flooding as water levels rise from beneath and 3 refrigerators and a freezer full of food. I was aware that the upcoming New Years eve should be stormy as well, therefore getting the generator up and running was a priority. I called numerous companies that claim to service and repair generators although until I reached Rick at Raw Power none actually did repairs. Rick came to the rescue and my priority became his priority. He scheduled the repair the very next day. On the scheduled day he called to let me know he would be at my house an hour early. He is a total professional that goes the extra mile we so frequently hear about but seldom see. Once at the house he quickly analyzed the problem. Since he didn't have the required part, he found a store that had it, left to get it and promptly returned to complete the repair. There were no surprises as he was completely up front as to the costs. He even spent extra time with me reviewing how to run and maintain my generator, as well as, proper electrical connections."

"We had Kingdom Electric install a bathroom fan. It's a Panasonic whisper Quiet with led light. Nelson the installer cut the ceiling and installed the fan so clean that no touchup paint was needed. After the install and wiring, he cleaned up everything. Very professional. I added having a timer switch installation which I called Kingdoms office regarding the extra cost. The office was professional and polite and discounted the fee to install the switch. I would use Kingdom again and recommend them to others needing an electrician."

Had an issue with my charger (I purchased it myself, he just installed it); even though he didn't have to, he walked me through troubleshooting, turned out to be an issue with the programming on the charger itself.
