I had them put in a whole home standby generator and was very particular on how I wanted the generator to be placed/installed including wiring underground. Scott was very thorough in his work that even the inspectors complimented all the wiring. Customer service was top notch. They were always available to answer any questions and did all the legwork for acquiring permits and just made it absolutely seamless for me (the homeowner).
