This company is great. They responded immediately. Their technicians work hard. Team arrived early and completed a whole new AC install in one day. They are experienced, knowledgeable and courteous. They know their job well and cleaned up everything afterwards. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Asked to service and check boiler but instead told me I needed to upgrade my unit. Never had an issue until this winter. Told me there was nothing he can do and put me on the phone with someone in sales instead of trying to fix it. Had a different pro come out and fixed it quickly. 90 bucks for wasted on this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is the dead of winter, and my family and I have been without proper heat for over 6 days because this company filed incorrect permits and gave us wrong instructions. They've barely communicated any updates about the process. They made the process seem straightforward to get our business, and here we are, almost $3,300.00 later with NO HEAT and no expectations/communication on the next steps from them. When I consulted them about what had to be done to have the gas turned back immediately after completing the work, I was told, "Call the gas company." I did that. Then I was told, on the 5th day without heat, that the city had to approve permits and inspect the work before turning the gas back on. I was told the city would be out to our home to inspect the work first thing this morning. I received no update until an office employee called about "inefficient heat," when I informed him we had no heat at all and no idea when to expect the city to arrive. AS I TYPE THIS, WE HAVE NO CLUE WHEN THE CITY IS COMING TO INSPECT THIS WORK SO WE CAN HAVE PROPER HEAT RESTORED. I have text communications to substantiate the gross miscommunication and ill advisement we've experienced with this company. I will be filing a complaint with appropriate state entities and the BBB.

they did great

The replacement price for a new furnace was VERY costly! They recommended saving money by venting the furnace into a non-capped, non-lined chimney. They erroneously scheduled a 2 Nd appointment and never showed up or called. They have failed to respond to my emails. They run this business to maximize short-term profits at the expense of their customers. Beware!
