Which, by the way, happened to be a Friday night at around 8:00 p.m. After showing us a few floors and offering options we were on our way. She was able to offer advice about how to (not to scam) but to get the rest of our floor covered under our insurance claim. Insurance providers only offered the bare minimum in floor replacement, but Susan with her knowledge was able to advise that the insurance company should be covering more of the floor due to the spec and knowledge of what was here. After explaining that to our insurance company they quickly agreed that her assessment was correct which helped to cover and keep beautiful the rest of the house. The actual installers were extremely quick to get the floor down (I was shocked), what I thought would be an all day affair took no more than 4-5 hours to get done. I'd recommend to neighbors in the area if they needed flooring and show them our floor as an example."

"The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."
