"The men arrived on time. The original assessment was that the interior wall would have to be cut open and wainscoting removed then replaced in order to access the pipes. However they first tried to remove the faucet from the outside wall and were able to do so. The faucet was replaced at minimal cost and in a short period of time. Our faucet set up is not standard, so we bought a replacement that matched the existing set up to facilitate the repair. They were able to come out a few days after the call - in the middle of the pandemic - and replaced the faucet with only minor complications.
