He came in a timely manner, he listened and answered my questions about my concerns. The amount for the job was reasonable. He did an excellent job and cleaned up very well when he was done. If I need anything else done I will use him again.

He was very punctual, efficient, AFFORDABLE, and he ensured the surrounding areas were cleaned up when he was finished. If I ever have a need for dry wall in the future, this is who I will hire.

Richard Coley arrived as scheduled and completed the repairs to my walls and ceiling as agreed. Richard was very professional, efficient, and clean. There was no dust residue left at all - you would not even know drywall repair/sanding had been done. I plan to start a job in the future that includes painting, new crown molding, chair rails and possible wallpapering, and he will absolutely be contacted for a quote. I recommend him highly.

I wrote a detailed description of what I wanted done. It included items that only professionals would know to do. For example 2 coats of grout sealer. I wrote that I wanted the bullnose tile replaced on the shower. He signed it. He did a lot less than what he agreed to do on almost every item. He is arrogant and raised his voice arguing that he knows better. He?s being doing shower tile since he was 16 years old, etc. I would not recommend him no matter what he says because he will do what he wants.

First off, Richard was the only person who was comfortable with the job. I had spoken to MANY others in his and other industries and they were all scared to death of the job. Richard's level of experience allowed him to come in the same day of contacting him to scope the project and offer real working solutions to get the job done. He left me at ease knowing he could do the job. Once on site he was quick and precise and just did an amazing job reducing my window sill width. I'm excited to call him back on other tile projects knowing we'll get quality work with amazing customer service and a fair price, which is what we all want. Really cool personality as well, which is always a pleasure.

Wow! What an awesome experience. I needed my kitchen back splash tiled, about 20 square feet. Of the companies that contacted me, Richard was the only one who came on-site to look at the job and talk with my wife and me. He was very happy to discuss the job and answer all of our questions. He gave us recommendations and suggestions that we were happy for. His suggested grout color was spot on! We were so impressed with him that we hired him on the spot. He arrived on time and got to work. The results are STUNNING!! His attention to detail and frequent utterance of "I'm not done until you are happy." were very gratifying. He has a great overall attitude and friendly personality. I'm 100% satisfied that I made the right decision hiring Coley's Tiling to do this job.

I’ve hired a lot of contractors for all different jobs. Richard is by far, the best tradesman I’ve ever worked with. We negotiated the price to a reasonable rate without him being pushy. He was polite and respectful to my family as he worked. He showed up on time and worked diligently until the job was done. When I saw the finished product, my jaw hit the floor. He was so detailed and thorough that my tiny bathroom looked like it was straight out of a million dollar house. Richard is a great guy and great to work with. Also, if you’re into music ask him about his stuff.

Mr. Coley not only installed a tile floor in a small bathroom, he repaired some ceiling water damage, installed a new window air conditioner, hung some hooks, replaced a dripping faucet and assisted us in securing a patio door. His work was excellent, he cleaned his work spaces, and he introduced us to his fun Jamaican music.
